Newly Renovated 3br retreat at Northern Bay!

Great stay and location. Husband especially loved the massage chair!

This was a great rental, and they provided so many of the basic necessities, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and even shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our 5 day stay. Matt and Kristin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back again- hopefully soon! Very nice Resort too!

Our Stay was great, everything was in excellent condition, location to amenities was great. We may come back next year if available.

Very Nice Property - nicely decorated and furnished. Very appreciative of the beach toys and stroller for the kiddos! Well stacked kitchen as well - a suggestion for future guests might be a collapsable beach wagon for pool and beach trips - we had forgotten ours. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips! We love visiting Northern Bay! The condo is clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities here are wonderful for our family with the boat dock for our boat, pool area, park area, and the golf course is beautiful! Someday we might enjoy that part when our children get a little older.

Great location for golf, water sports and local farmers market, Flyte Family Farm. Easy check in super clean and modern. The tiki bar was a blast. Safe and very friendly neighbors.

We loved your condo. Great location, near the pool & playground. First floor patio was really nice with the grass to play games & watch the golfers. The beverage refrigerator was put to good use. Used the washing machine one time & the dryer was nice for our pool towels. Beds, pillows, sheets, towels, TVs, fans all made it a nice place for us. We also used the stroller, ping pong table & the kids loved the beach ball, pool noodle & the sand toys. Check in & check out super easy!

This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and great communication with Host. Our family loved this stay over Christmas and will book again when in the area. It felt like a home away from home.

Northern Bay is a great resort with plenty of amenities and the lake access is amazing! This condo is beautifully updated, very comfortable and very clean! The check in process was easy and we had no issues! We will be staying here again!

Stayed with my family, two of my kids friends and our dog…location and property great. Kids enjoyed playing bags, swimming and pickle ball every day. Unit was clean and updated, had everything we needed.

Perfect place for family of all ages. Condo had all essentials, easy check-in and owner was responsive to all questions.

My spouse and our four children ranging 2 years to 12 years enjoyed the first floor condo. This place is wonderful for families with the pool, hot tub, playground, beach, and easy boat access on site. We got plenty of time on the water fishing, and the pool/playground is always a hit with the kiddos! Makes a family trip easy. Beautiful set up. Someday we may find time to golf, we watched many golfing and it looked like they were having a great time. We have been to this resort many times before and after we have had our children. Love it, and plan to return every year!

Very clean condo ! Well stocked kitchen and everything was labeled including light switches definitely a resort feel not a lake home feel but so much for the kids to enjoy we decided not to bring our boat but after seeing the parking area felt like it would be a safeI place to leave it a boat slip to rent would have been nice

The great: clean, quiet, spaces for all the family to watch a movie, play games and cook. Great to have the cot and sleeper sofa! Walking distance to pool. The unexpected: room for 2 cars, not 3. One in garage, one in front of garage. Extra parking very close! Was not expecting flying golf balls. Twice I was almost hit by bad swings ;) One golfer yelled fore, the other did not and his ball hit the building and fell. Both times I was outside and ball landed 4 to 6 feet away. This was a wonderful rental and Matthew was super responsive to my questions. Thank you!

This condo is wonderful! It is super clean and tidy. All the basic essentials were supplied and it truly felt like a home away from home. We have stayed at several VRBOs. This one was at the top!

Everything was accurate in the listing, extremely clean and host was very responsive to any questions. We loved our vacation here. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Castle Rock Lake.
