Stayed Jan 1, 2022My experience with this host has been the worse my husband and I have ever seen. It started with continuous application forms. The host seemed very conflicted about what exactly we needed. The description of the amenities was deceiving, after much back and forth with VRBO, at least the wifi was resolved. VRBO was amazing at helping us! Then once we arrived we were told by the host we did not have access to the closet in the master bedroom. There is no washer or dryer in the unit. As we stayed at the property we also found out that cable TV was included in the HOA fees, which the host did not tell us nor was it connected for our 3 month stay. As for the condo being clean, it was not, I washed the backslash of the kitchen as it was yellow with grime. The fridge was not emptied and jars half full of various condiments (very much past date) was left for us to dispose of. The freezer was not clean. The dust under the bed was really disgusting. The lamp shades were yellowing with age. The condo in itself is actually a very nice space, it really does require some minor updates. New lamp shades, a good cleaning of air vents and new linens for guests. The host does have a lovely couch…however the TV is about the smallest I have seen in any of the rentals we have been in. We did enjoy the pool and the grounds. Once again I want to thank VRBO for helping us resolve issues we had with this host.
