This beautifully remodeled and spacious 2-bedroom condo is situated on the third floor of the building, featuring vaulted ceilings in the main living area, which offers guests additional tranquility during their stay.
The living room serves as an excellent space for relaxation, complete with comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private deck that boasts forest views.
The kitchen is visually appealing, showcasing modern cabinetry, new countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for meal preparation. The adjacent dining area can accommodate up to six people (extendable to eight), featuring a lovely table and chairs with convenient access to both the main kitchen and the open living room area.
The primary bedroom suite includes a King-sized bed and a full bathroom that is fitted with new dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and has access to the second bathroom. Furthermore, the living area contains a sofa sleeper that can host two additional guests if required. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
Situated less than 100 yards from the complimentary ski resort shuttles, you are only a few minutes away from skiing and snowboarding in the winter. This rental is conveniently located for a quick stroll to downtown Winter Park and main street with restaurants and stores and where the majority of festivals and events are held year-round. The main clubhouse is right next to the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
