Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom South Seas Tower 3 Crescent Beach

The beach front condo was outstanding! Chris has thought of everything to make your stay easy and fun. From coffee, to beach equipment, to phone chargers, to a great kitchen setup! Very clean and recently remodeled.

Very nice unit! Great views! Well stocked and comfortable for 4 adults.

The property was lovely and looked like the pictures. There were detailed and helpful instructions for everything. We had a nice view down the beach. We were able to walk to many places but you could also rent bikes easily. Would book again!

Beautiful location. Condo is very clean, well appointed with toiletries, kitchen items, linens, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, beach supplies. Complex amenities are all very well maintained and easy to access. We enjoyed the tennis, workout room, shuffle board, putting green and pool - all were great. Complex was busy but very quiet. This unit was close to elevator, laundry and trash which was convenient. We enjoyed everything and hope to return. A bit pricey but we went over spring break so that was expected.

Fantastic place right on the beach. Property has private beach access. Beach chairs, cooler, wagon etc all provided by owner. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was great. Plenty of space for Mom, Dad and two kids. All had a great time.

Chris was fantastic to work with. Provided all information we needed prior to checking in. Unit exceeded our expectations. Was impressed with details like providing charging cables for multiple devices in bedrooms and living area, soft close cabinetry, kitchen supplies, and smart tvs to name a few. Very clean. Would stay again.

All of the reviews on this property were 10/10….and that turned out to be true. Great place. Stunning view of the beach/Gulf from the lanai and from all of the 3 sliding glass doors. Many people commented on the condo having everything you needed….that also true……with something I have never seen at any rental…..lamps in every room with 3 charger connections that fit all of our devices. Some one commented on Chris’s(the host) prompt response to a request. I could not open the lock to the storage locker…..called Chris who said he would be there in 15 minutes. So I am sitting in the condo wondering, “So where is Mr. Punctuality?” Then I decided to check the storage room just in case. And there was Chris, just finishing installing a new lock!!!

Everything was just perfect. Exactly as described. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We loved the views and the fact that we got the morning sun on our balcony. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. We did get bad weather which stunk but the unit was so comfortable the days we stayed in were just fine.

Great condo. Very good amenities and Chris was an excellent host. We will be back to stay here again!

A top notch property. Easy communication with host. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. A sun drenched balcony with great beach and ocean views. Beds and furnishings new and very comfortable. A five star experience.

We loved our stay at South Seas! The condo was perfect for our family of four, with a beautiful sunny view of the water from the large balcony. It was thoughtfully appointed and the owner, Chris was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. We would definitely come back!

This by far was the nicest condo we have stayed in at South Seas and this was our 4th year. The kitchen was fully eqipped with everything and then some. Beautiful renovations, extremely clean, and the host added wonderful extras like makeup towels for women and phone chargers in each bedroom! Host was wonderful, very responsive and we can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Beautiful and well appointed. Strughled wuth the laundry app but finally got it working. Very disappointed that we were not told ahead of time about the pool being unavailable.

Felt very safe and secure. Weather was perfect. The balcony and pool are fabulous! 5 ladies on this trip celebrating a birthday, spring break and chemo completion!!! We all needed this therapy!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, modern, and had all kinds of special touches like popcorn and a full array of toiletries. Owner provided beach chairs and A WAGON to haul with, which was amazing. Despite traveling during the height of Spring Break, Marco was still tranquil and quiet. We could easily find a spot at pool or beach and never had to wait on a table. Will definitely be back.

This condo is absolutely perfect. We have rented many places on Marco for over 15 years and this place was this first to be exactly what the pictures showed and in pristine condition. The little extras like chargers, fully stocked kitchen, and travel amenities if you forgot anything is just great. The condo was extremely clean and views are awesome. Highly recommend this unit, and we will absolutely rent here again. 10 stars!

Great unit and location

We could not find “our game” on TV. Owner came to the unit and fixed our issue. Beautiful view of crescent beach. Short walk to the beach. Clean. Wonderful kitchen with professional utensils, pots and pans, etc. felt very safe.

This condo is a step above others in this building. Have stayed at South Seas quite a few times over the years and this unit is as near perfect as can be. It has all the key attributes … 1) great floor location in the building with beautiful view of south beach, 2) larger balcony with both guest suites having direct access and views (only limited number of units in this building have this feature), 3) newly remodeled with every detail and feature really well designed though out, 4) beautifully decorated with all the finer touches, and 5) this unit comes stocked with so many of the small things I typically have to run to the store to buy (trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing pods, etc., etc.). Even check out time is at 11am instead of the typical 10am at other units giving you plenty of time not to be rushed. Really, really great unit that is just so enjoyable to stay in plus a very friendly and attentive owner.

Unit could very well be the cleanest and best well equipped short term I’ve stayed in. Definitely would stay again especially if the weather is more favorable.

Great spot to stay for quick and easy access to Tigertail Beach in Marco Island. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment.

Place as advertised- looked so new that it looks like we were the first ones to stay in the condo. Well stocked- they have thought of everything and give plenty of extra supplies! Great view from the patio and heated pool was an added plus. We are already talking about a return trip. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area!
