An open private patio with seating and lights for beautiful evenings outdoors provides an outdoor space to enjoy.

The property includes access to TWO community pools and a GYM! the Community is quiet and maintained very well throughout the year. It also has direct access to many golf courses, 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops, old town, and more!
