Newly Renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo, Steps To Bay And Ocean!

Veronica’s place was perfect and Veronica was a wonderful host. Great location and we had everything we needed for our getaway!

This beachy condo is ideally located to enjoy Mission Beach, both bayside and oceanside. Its decor is charming and on point. It is stocked with all the essentials and amenities one could need; including beach towels, make up remover wipes, hair dryers in both bathrooms, full length mirrors in each room and a catch all drawer with pen, paper, rubberbands, decks of cards, etc.

It wad a wonderful location. Close (walking distance) to the bay and the beach and restaurants. Very clean and felt very safe.

The unit was clean and conveniently located. Just steps from Mission Bay and a 3 minute walk to the ocean.Unfortunately, access to the water on the bay was obstructed by a sand berm. It was November so beach weather is hit or miss anyway.

Great stay in a vibrant neighborhood. Apartment had everything we needed. Loved having a designated parking spot in a busy neighborhood. Loved the short walk to ocean or bay side. Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys avaliable. Great to use the hot tub at the end of a busy day. Veronica was very responsive to all our questions. Great stay!

The property was clean and just as described. Veronica replied quickly whenever I had questions. We enjoyed the amenities at the condo and its close proximity to beach on the bay as well as the ocean side beach. Hope to visit here again!

Can’t get a better location, great communication and information from the host. Only steps away from the bay and the beach. All the amenities you need, we only use the hot tub once, but that is a bonus! We only had to use the car twice to go to the grocery store everything you need is in walking distance. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and spacious enough room for the family. Nice neighbors that live around the place. Can’t wait to set up our next visit here.

Property was clean and spacious for three of us. Parking was great. Minute walk to boardwalk and right next to bay. Seemed like surrounding homes were full time resident owners and not vacation rentals. Nice having two full bathrooms. Overall a relaxing place.

Condo was an easily walkable distance to the beach and multiple restaurants in the area. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas provided for our use. The owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The only drawback was the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Travelled with 4 sisters! Place was perfect for us. Loved the hot tub downstairs and enjoyed getting to know the folks in the other units. Great location as it was an easy walk to the Catamaran resort and quick drive to many locations in the city.

Property is on the best location, you have the bay a few feet away and the beach. Walkable to wveueyhing you need on a vacation, jacuzzi was perfect, hot and clean. It was quiet and peaceful when sleeping, highly recommend this property, it was a great family trip.

*Positives: clean, well-lit, comfortable beach apartment. Two full bathrooms, and nice living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of towels & beach towels. Nice common patio area.*Downsides: beds were clammy: comforters & mattress pads breathed poorly. No dishwasher for those who plan to cook, but kitchen otherwise well appointed.

It was our first time to San Diego and really enjoyed the access to the beach and ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Easy to get to downtown and other attractions. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, so close to the bay and the beach, restaurants and everything. The condo was comfortable and just right for our group. We would stay here again.

Steps away from the bay and 2 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Grocery store is 2 min drive or 10 min walk. We enjoyed cooking meals in the house- even in the provided slow cooker. House included everything we needed! Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Beautiful location for a beach vacation and close to other fun places in San Diego.

Well equipped and decorated condo. Clean and easy check-in with responsive host who answered questions promptly as we were preparing for our trip. Very comfortable for our party of 3 adults for one week. Loved being able to easily walk to both Bay and Ocean. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We keep coming back to this location because it’s clean, bright, and close to the beach. We love being able to cook and bbq, walk to cafes and of course the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean condo located so close to the bay! Just a few short steps and you could walk the boardwalk. We attended a wedding at the hotel nearby and it was perfect. Thanks so much for a great stay

Good layout, nice jacuzzi, close to the Bay, and 3 minute walk to the beach with a cross walk just south. We enjoyed cooking most meals, and spent most of our time at the beach.
