Stayed Jan 12, 2025Large spacious condo with all the amenities and very friendly community atmosphere. The pool was large, warm, tropical, and inviting. We would definitely stay there again. Host communication was great!

Stayed Jan 31, 2024Property was OK. I cleaned the floors - as best as I could and along refrigerator and counter was ridiculous. We did rewash all dishes and towels before use. One time the dishwasher dispenser for soap did not open for us so that may have been the issue Disappointed with just one FOB for gate into community. Two friends (normally independent) rented and that was not a great option for us.

Stayed Oct 5, 2022FEMA relief works - After we paid and upon arrival we were forced to sign a rental agreement with a background check, drivers license and social number for each of us. The condo is nice by nothing worked. Not the dishwasher. Electrical plugs on the kitchen wall. The washer sounded like it worked but the agitator did not move. The owner is next door and very nosy. After arriving the owner called to ask me recommendations for contractors. We wish we saved the money and gotten a hotel.

Stayed Feb 1, 2021Phil and Toni are excellent hosts, very helpful, respond quickly and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The property is beautiful, just walk across the street to the bridge and you can see the dolphins swim and fish off the piers.

Stayed Jan 1, 2019Spent the first three months of 2019 away from the Canadian winter in the warm arms of Florida. Our condo was bright and spacious and we took most of our meals in the screened lanai overlooking the pool. Located close to shopping and restaurants, the numerous art exhibits, craft shows, baseball games, and music concerts gave the ladies lots to do while I worked on my tan by the pool. We wood recommend this property for all.

Stayed Jan 3, 2018The condominium had recently been refurbished so everything was bright and new. The master bedroom and bath were spacious. The kitchen was sufficiently large and well stocked with pots, pans, cooking sheets, etc. The balcony was nice with a table and four chairs, but being a lower unit not much of a view, but very private. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others wanting to be in Charlotte Harbor.
