Newly remodeled Studio Condo across parking lot to Ocean

No handle or lock on the sliding glass door. This has been reported previously, still not fixed. Large holes (numerous inches long and wide) in patio screen. With so many bugs, unable to enjoy the open air. Bathroom shower disgusting. Mold and other growth on floor and walls! Needs deep cleaning! Kitchen sparsely equipped. Don't expect spices, gadgets, blender, baking pans or any other normal kitchen items. The bare minimum! Only 2 teaspoons! Otherwise, location is great and main bed mattress is very comfortable. I will point out, however, that the unit is across two parking lots and a large club house from the beach. Not, simply across a single parking lot as stated.

Enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and quiet. My favorite part was a quick 2min walk to beach. Would definitely stay again.

There is no lock on the sliding doors.This is a second floor unit with no lights on the stairway or outside light for the door. You need a flashlight. There is something hanging on a rope that does not throw any light.There was no box of tissue.A kettle to boil tea would be nice.The pillows were old and lumpy.The furnishings and decor were very basic.

Everything is great, all appliances work, good hospitality, great community. Friendly atmosphere overall, all the other guests and neighbors are polite and engaging. Thanks for a great experience!

I signed up for one unit. About a week before the manager graciously offered another unit due to construction work on the bldg I reserved. However, the unit # and passkey I received to check in ended up being in the original unit. I moved into the original unit thinking it was the substitute. It wasn't until the next day with all the construction noise that I found out it was the wrong unit. Since I was out for business until the afternoon and the workers quit work at 4 pm, I stayed in the noisy unit. The mgr. offered another unit butt it was too much

Perfect location, we loved the access to the beach, apartment was quiet, clean, had everything we needed. We will definitely come again!

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo. We love it! Super clean and comfortable. We plan to return again next year!

We have stayed in this lovely condo 3 years in a row. Every year it is so clean and perfect for what we need. The owner is so easy to communicate with, the location is perfect, and the condo is so comfortable!

We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were beyond impeccable!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of linens, and very clean. A minute walk to the beach! Wish we were staying longer and will definitely be again soon!

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and me. Easy access, clean and convenient to the beach. Just a short walk across the parking lot. Has everything you need!

This was the best visit for our family. The location is unbeatable and the unit is just perfect. It is very clean and has everything you could need. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The space is very well laid out - we even had enough room to have an ongoing monopoly game for the entire stay! Both the bed and pull out couch are very comfortable. We loved the sunshine that came in through the window above the bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable

Property is in great condition and perfect for small family (one child). Location near the beach cannot be beat. It’s very quiet and chill. Not far from lots of dining options.

While there is a lot to like about this property....location, recent renovation, etc.....the negatives put a damper on our stay. The window treatments over the bed and patio are a joke. Very cheap and the sun comes right on through, waking you up earlier than you want.Never did figure out how to turn on the TV. Got lost somewhere between Roku,Utube,&different passwords. Shouldn't be that hard to turn on the TV. The back patio was dirty and needs a serious power wash. These are easy fixes which would yield a higher rating. Would definitely come back if owners would address these issues.

This studio is huge! All upgraded, comfortable bed, located across the parking lot to the beach! Perfect location!

Easy beach access with chairs and umbrella provided. Well stocked, plenty of dishes and towels. Window treatments were insufficient. Bed was comfortable but there was light filtering through the blinds from street lights that are on all night. Overall it’s a nice unit.

Large studio at the beach. Clean, all amenities we needed, host was very responsive, and great location. We would definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends.

A 2 minute walk to the ocean was fantastic for catching the spectacular sunrises. Stayed 3 weeks; strong WiFi for working, balcony not screened but didn’t have any issues in late November; beach chairs and towels provided. Full kitchen was very convenient. Studio Unit only 550 sq feet, great for one or two adults however would be tight for 4 lg adults. Bed was comfortable, never pulled out sleeper couch. Very safe and nice area.

The condo was nice,but needed a few maintenance repairs. Several of the light bulbs were missing or not working,the sliding door to the balcony had no handle to open the door, and there were no light blocking blinds to keep the sun out. Shower was great. Toaster,blender and coffee maker available to use. We cooked and there were plenty of pots and pans to use.Bed was comfortable.

The property is perfectly located for our family to travel to the competition pool. The accommodations met our needs again this year perfectly. Great location, and comfortable sleeping. I’m
