Our 18 month renovation was extensive! Completed in October 2023, our newly remodled, well-appointed, top floor two-bedroom condo is ideally situated in Breckenridge's Historic District. We are within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and free shuttle service to the hill. As an extra bonus, your stay comes with one free indoor heated parking space!
Location, Location, Location!
This vacation doesn't require a car. Everything Breckenridge has to offer, from restaurants and bars to shops and nightlife, is just a short stroll away from our condo.
Our well-appointed top floor, 800 sq foot condo will be the perfect place to unwind from a busy day on the slopes or hiking or biking your favorite trails which are just steps away! In the winter, relax in the family room next to the warm fire while watching TV or playing cards. If you're in the mood for a home cooked meal, the well-stocked kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, and pots and pans for your cooking needs. The dining area has a table for four, but there is additional seating for three at the kitchen counter with three stools. Both bedrooms have a view of the mountain and come with plenty of closet space and dressers. Bedroom 1 additionally has a TV.
The condo has 1 full bathroom with bath/shower, vanity sink and mirror, stocked with most of your essentials; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair dryer, and towels for four guests.
There is a wood burning fireplace however guests will need to provide their own wood, tinder, and matches.
Linen service is included in your stay – including towels.
There is also a Combination Washer and Dryer for your convienience.

Free WiFi is present in the condo.
Guest access
Guests will self check-in via a key code and have access to the following:
- 1 parking space in the heated indoor garage.

We regret we cannot accommodate early or late check-out requests due to our cleaning staff's schedule, so your understanding is greatly appreciated.
a. Check-in is available after 4:00 PM.
b. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Please also note: Forest Haus is a NON-SMOKING building, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit or on balconies
We are unable to accommodate pets, with the exception of service animals holding valid ADA certification at the time of booking.

This condo is nicely renovated and clean. It is perfect for four people to stay in comfortably. We walked to and from downtown easily for dinner and shopping. Tiffany was easy to reach with any questions.
