Newly Remodeled Condo with Large Balcony and Spectacular Views!

This condo has amazing views and was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation to Amelia Island. It was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. We will certainly be back in the future.

Location was perfect for access to the beach and restaurants on Centre Street. The condo was well equipped and perfect for my wife and I and our two Boston Terriers.

Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the water and access to the beach are superb. Only issue I had was a roach in the bathroom and a dirty bowl in the cabinet. Those were minor things, so we’ll be back.

Condo has great beach access, working elevator and parking. Close to many restaurants. TV and Wi-Fi connections excellent. Renovated about 4 to 5 years ago but not throughout.

The location of this property is excellent, there was plenty of parking and room within the unit. The Balcony is wonderful and does have spectacular views. I am not sure what their definition of newly remodeled is, but it is definitely time to be newly remodeled again. The oven had a cycle light on at all times, the burners need to be replaced or maintained. Furniture is aged and the place could use a good professional deep cleaning.

Steps away from a Beautiful Beach, extremely clean and well laid out, enjoyed watching sun come up over the ocean, shark tooth hunting, and great seafood meals!

The condo was just right for the two of us to enjoy the beach and the historical town of Fernandina. I highly recommend. Note there is an elevator on one end that is not mentioned. We carried all our luggage up the stairs our first day, then we discovered it.

Nice location on the ocean. Nice, large balcony! Condo says renovated, but we found a little dated. Toilet was not flushing when we arrived, but they came promptly to fix when called. No ice-maker so be prepared. My husband is disabled, so the elevator was a must and helped….they need to have a designated HANDICAP parking spot by elevator though.

We loved our stay! This condo is right on the beach with an excellent balcony the whole width of the condo including bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture and nice decor. Kitchen was well appointed. The clothes washer and dryer worked well. Our unit was on the third story which was high enough to easily see over the dunes with an unobstructed view. The parking was convenient with very wide spaces. We had no problems finding a parking space in early March although it in a busier season it might be more challenging as most spaces are for two cars, one behind the other. There is an elevator at the south end and a couple of luggage carts were available. Property manager responded quickly to any questions.

Such a perfect condo for our long weekend winter getaway! The view from the room & deck was incredible! The ocean was so close. You could hear it from inside the condo. The fact that it was dog friendly was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Steps from the beach with excellent view. Very nice property with secured gate to and from beach. Outside faucet and shower head to rinse sand off feet before coming in. Great location. Even had outside hoses to rinse off car from sea salt. Maybe could have used squeegee to wash salt off patio door and windows. Overall, excellent stay for beachside property.

Only one complaint - ceiling fan was too loud to use. House was clean and comfortable. Access through gait was difficult at times.

The location is wonderful! It was difficult to view the shore because the windows were not clean and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. The description said newly renovated, but the kitchen cabinets were not clean, roaches were on the counter, one of the pillow covers was stained, the mattress pad was worn & needs replacing and one of the blinds was broken, the other had some slats glued. There were no amenities which we have experienced in many VRBO rentals such as a box of tissues, local area information, a visitors book, little snacks. together.mattress c

We had a wonderful peaceful vacation. The accommodations were good for just the two of us. Location is excellent.

Great location. It is right on the beach and not far from restaurants, Fort Clinch, and the historic town. The large balcony allowed us to enjoy the view as a family even in the rain. The master bed was really comfortable. We had the best sleep. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

10/10 would recommend.
