Newly redone, in the heart of Scottsdale

Very convenient to shopping, restaurants & central location, hiking at Camelback, etc

The condo was perfect for our stay of 9 days. Was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. the only down side was the pool was cold and the laundry facilities were a nightmare. Ended up at a nearby laundromat to redo 3 loads. Washers didn't spin out water and dryers won't dry.

I booked this based on being on a budget and didn’t fully appreciate the budget-ness once I was there. There are many signs around the unit on what guests are expected to do. One was to turn the AC off when leaving, which I get for saving on electric costs. That however resulted in the unit being 87 degrees with a musty smell when I arrived – not a welcome feeling. Another was “If you use it, please replace it. It was very obvious a prior guest had gotten the soap low and decided to “fill it back up” with water because it ran out like water and wasn’t very sudsy. As a guest with a high cleaning fee, basics should be provided at no expectation for guests to buy. There are amenities like a pool and laundry, but not actual directions on where it is (said “Bayview” which I had no idea what that meant?) I Google Earth'd to find the pool. There is a requirement as well to wash the towels/sheets – via community PAID laundry room – after charging a high cleaning fee. A prior guest had washed the bathroom towels in bleach so the aesthetic of using gray turned light pink/white towels all week was meh. Pros: Location, cost, good Wifi, big screen TV, having access to a kitchen, quiet neighborhood For a budget it’s great and I’d give it a 5/5 for budget-ness, but for me personally, I was wishing I had stayed at a hotel as having to pay to do laundry and worry about replacing things like soap isn't worth it while on a vacation.

This property is close to a lot of things

We had a great stay. The complex is pet friendly with free pet waste stations. The condo provided everything we needed, is in a great location close to Scottsdale, and communication with the host was quick and easy.

For our weekend stay, the vibe from the owner was a little weird... There were signs in the unit to replace any paper or other projects you use, wash sheets and towels before you leave, you are our guest, not a tenant. But there was no bath soap, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty (I bought bath soap & hand soap for the unit), to do laundry you had to use the 'laundromat' on site with you paying for it, and by the signage I guess the owner wanted us to replace the toilet paper we used??? That is not how I treat guests; as I said, a weird vibe.

Good location within walking distance to mall, food, community center. Had great water pressure with very nice shower, comfortable bed and living room furniture, big TV. Made good use of the pool and outdoor space.

If you're a couple looking for a condo for a few days or a few months, this is it. Felt like home the minute we walked in, so cozy and comfortable. A great location, very quiet, close to everything. Walked many times to Old Town, mall, restaurants. The pools and area are very nice also. Ken sent us the door codes and information, well in advance and everything worked out as it should of.

Great and convenient location, the accomadation itself is dated, furniture needs attention. The balcony was very small. The pool was nice to go along with beautiful weather. This was the first and hopefully the last time that I was instructed to launder the sheets- at my cost as well as replace anything I used?? Toilet paper ect. In my opinion I paid a cleaning fee and this should be part of it.
