Newly Gorgeous Condo on St. Pete Beach.

Host was very responsive! Our family loved this location. Close to the beach with easy access to a heated pool. Easy to communicate with family to the balcony from the pool area. Many restaurants within walking distance. Close to Corey Ave for boutique shopping. We are looking forward to booking again soon! Also, it's stocked well with chairs, an umbrella and a few digging toys for children.

This was an exceptional place to stay on St. Pete Beach. Beautifully renovated condo with Ocean view and a pool with an ocean view and literally right on the beach. What more could you ask for except great weather and we had that in spades on our January visit. Host was very responsive and has made sure that you have every possible comfort for your stay. I highly recommend this to anyone considering a St. Pete Beach vacation. Fabulous!

Pros: very clean, ocean view,excellent communication with host, easy check in, beds very comfortable, all beach necessities,plenty of beach towels, heated pool, box fans were great, comfy balcony chairs with drying rack, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, great access to beach, close to restaurants, close to a nice beach front place to get food and drinks! Elevator. Condo was perfect size.Cons: no washer dryer in unit, shared facility only and only one of each so you have to wait if someone else is already doing laundry. Description says washer/ dryer under amenities but there was no picture so I was unsure. Only one dish towel and no dish cloths, no pizza pan or cutter. overall it was a very nice place to stay and the location was great! I would definitely stay here again only listing cons to let others know because I always read the reviews when I’m looking for a place to stay.

Very nice! The location was amazing! The view and accessibility to the beach was just what we were looking for! Some minor hiccups with the area being painted- but it all worked out very well. It had everything we needed! Ben was communicative and great to work with! Highly recommend!

A really great property. Everything is clean. Beach access is nice. The views are great from balcony, could see dolphins almost every morning while having coffee!

This is a nicely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a well maintained beach resort. Condo is located near many good restaurants and beach bars. Owner was great to deal with and everything was exactly as advertised. Will stay there again.

Communication was great, place was clean and modern, parking easy, beach access easy, couldn’t ask for better!

Enjoyed our stay at the Caprice as we love that side of the Beach. Everything in the condo was very nice. Could have used a couple of large skillets.
