Stayed Jun 29, 2024We were so excited to spend our summer holidays in Fernandina Beach. We chose this spot because of its location- perfect for our family. Before arriving we contacted whoever was managing the account and asked a few questions. We were told a regular Mr. Coffee will be available since we like to brew a pot and not use a bunch of pods. Next we asked if there were any beach items provided: tent, wagon, chairs. The response was no. So, we packed up and flew with a tent, a wagon and towels. Arrived to no coffee maker and yes to a tent and chairs. Whoever is managing the property is failing the owner. We went outside to enjoy the area as it was pictured and the umbrella was completely broken rendering the space useless. I contacted the management and no one responded. Cockroaches were in the condo, flying wasps live in the walls - oh, no paper towels or hangers were provided as well. Lovely spot - poorly managed.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022Condo worked out great. We have stayed in this area multiple times and love the Fernandina area. The condo is well setup and easy to access. A keyless entry rather than having to stop at the real estate office was about the only thing to make this any better. Even that is only a 5 minute drive away.

Stayed Apr 9, 2022My family stayed here during our spring break vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach. It was quiet and a short ride to the skate park, the town park and historic down town. The townhouse was a good size as well as the bedrooms. The only thing we didn’t care for was the kitchen. It’s very narrow and dark. The non stick pans were severely scratched. The dishwasher was covered in mold. Overall we liked the townhouse very much, just not the kitchen :-)
