New furniture and thoughtful design complement the sun-soaked interior, and a breezy balcony overlooks manicured grounds.

The sunlit living room features all-new furnishings. Settle in on the comfy armchairs and watch a movie on the TV. Fine tile work and ample counter space invite your inner chef out to play in the kitchen. Fix delicious meals in this well-equipped culinary space, then serve your dishes at the dining table.

Breathe in the fresh coastal air on the covered balcony, furnished with seating, and offering views of the lush grounds.The pool and hot tub are a quick walk from your door. Soak up the Texas sunshine between refreshing dips. Popular shops, eateries, and nature centers are close by.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, books, games, and a Pack ‘n Play. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided. Self-service laundry facilities are available for a nominal fee.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wristband fee is required from March 1 through March 31 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
This condo is accessible via two flights of stairs.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This house is in such an ideal location, literally a block to the beach access. With the most ideal location, the house is absolutely beautiful and very clean inside. Would recommend 10/10, would love to stay again!!

    This property was in a great location—just a short walk to the beach access—which made our stay incredibly convenient. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with multiple dehumidifiers, a smart addition for a coastal setting. Parking was easy and the check-in process was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. We've already recommended it to our friends and family!

    Very unhappy with our stay. The pictures made the condo seem very nice and put together but upon arrival we discovered that was not the case. It was way overpriced for the quality the website described; it is still very outdated. The fan in the living room is broken, the TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn on or connect to the satellite. The bathroom toilets are from the 70s with the small seats. The cabinets are falling apart and under the sink was falling in. The shower is very small and narrow.

    Property was well kept up condo was missing a toaster so i bought one and left it there the pool heater went down the second day and was still down when i left 90% of the other tenants were a frendly and joy to be around Fred the maintenance man kept the grounds beautifully kept up and was frendley
