This newly designed, two-story condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features three well-appointed bedrooms.

The master bedroom (2nd floor) features a king-size 12 memory foam mattress, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a standing shower, a Roku TV, blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom (1st floor) offers a queen bed, Roku TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom (2nd floor) includes both a full-size and a twin-size 12 memory foam mattress, along with blackout curtains. Providing a relaxing retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

There are three full bathrooms in this home, each stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay.

The master bedroom on the second floor features an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. A second full bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and includes a shower/tub combo. The third full bathroom, located on the first floor, also offers a shower/tub combo. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and all the basic cooking essentials. A drip coffee maker is also provided, along with coffee, creamer, and sugar to start your mornings right. The kitchen bar offers seating for four. Perfect for casual meals or keeping the cook company.

The living room is a cozy and inviting space, featuring a large, comfy queen sleeper sofa, a 65 Roku TV, a selection of board games, central A/C and heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the cozy outdoor patio just off the living room. We recommend grabbing fresh pastries from Pump Coffee right across the street! The patio also features a grill, making it perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing meals, and enjoying the fresh air.

• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
