Rooms were clean, comfortable, appears to be well maintained and items in the condo seems new.Only minor issue were the door locks in the bathrooms. Those were difficult to use. Best to swap those out for better ones.

I loved sitting on the porch each morning drinking coffee. The condo is new and very clean.

Stayed May 18, 2025Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024Overall, property is well situated to beach access and plenty of restaurant options. Beds were quite comfortable although linens could be upgraded - not a plush snuggly item to be found. Kitchen was well equipped, although only one dish towel provided. Bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of nice white fluffy towels. Paper products could really be upgraded. No maps or signs to property pools were provided - we only found one. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024You can't beat the location of Gulf Place. We very much enjoyed our stay in Coastal Daze 30A. The condo was beautiful and clean with a direct gulf view. The management company was so easy to work with and was in constant communication with us. I would definitely recommend staying here.
