Newer Home - Amazing Roof Deck - Perfect Location!!!

We were pleased at the cleanliness of the property, and the location within walking distance of the beach. We were especially impressed that the place looked exactly as in the photos! The property owner was efficient and speedy with their communication.

Lovely, clean home in a great location. Walking distance to beach (with restrooms nearby), restaurants, and boardwalk. Rooftop deck a nice plus. Perfect rental for a short stay for our family of 5. Easy, prompt communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean, had everything you needed to cook!! Loved having the beach chairs etc, next time we won’t bring ours- they take up so much room!! The accommodations were perfect for myself and my family ( including my 2 little grandchildren!). We absolutely loved the location! We walked to so many great shops, places to eat, saw a magician in the park! We had a rainy week but went to the zoo ( which was FREE!) the arcade, played mini golf and went on rides- so much to do!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, clean and beautiful and just a few blocks from the boardwalk. We all felt at home and comfortable during our stay. Really loved the upstairs deck. The community was quiet and family oriented and offered plenty of dinning and shopping choices. You will not regret staying here!

Great place with everything as described online. Very clean and fit our needs and expectations perfectly. There is a double with a trundle in one bedroom, a double in the other bedroom, a queen in the master bedroom and a pull out double in the living room so ample sleeping space for our needs (2 adults and 3 adult children (22, 20, and 20) and 3 teenagers). Fully stocked kitchen. Only thing we needed to bring was paper products, sheets, and towels - just as described in the description. Plus having washer/dryer within the unit. Great location - just a few blocks from the boardwalk and most all of the popular spots on the boardwalk.

We had a great time staying here and likely will look to stay again for our next trip to OCNJ. Like others have said, the home is clean, bright, and beautiful with spaces to gather inside and outside as well (porch, rooftop deck). The walk to the beach was easy and even closer than I expected, and there was something close by to please everyone (shops- Asbury Ave. and boardwalk, rides, arcade,...). Thank you again!

Perfect size for our group of 6 adults and one 21 month old. Enjoyed the private front deck and rooftop deck. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants. There were nice sand toys and beach chairs in the garage. Bring/rent your own sheets and necessities.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our family and we loved the location. This was our first time not staying at a hotel and it did not disappoint. The hosts were responsive in communication and truly offered a great place to stay. The home was clean, cozy, and relaxing. The outside balcony and rooftop were fantastic spots to sit and relax after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again!
