Most beach rental searches end in a compromise — new place, wrong size; right

size, needs updating. Villas de Laguna skips that trade-off. Finished in 2025,

this is one of just four brand-new two-level townhomes on South Padre Island:

three bedrooms, two and a half baths, sleeping 10 without ever pulling out an

airbed. Public beach access is two blocks away, and the bay sits directly

across the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, blender, all utensils etc —

and opens directly into the living area so the cook is never cut off from the

group. Smart TVs are also set up in the master bedroom, the bunkroom and 3rd

guest bedroom



The townhome comes stocked with a starter supply of coffee, creamer,

sweetener, decaf, and tea, along with hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, paper

towels, toilet paper, non-stick cooking spray, and salt and pepper — all

starter amounts, though not replenished.

Crisp, clean white towels and linens are provided on all beds, and the

tankless water heating system means no waiting around for a hot shower.



One honest note: it is not a massive kitchen and there is no dishwasher, so

dishes get done by hand as needed. Don’t forget to bring your charcoal if you

plan on using the BBQ pits that are like community park style

SLEEPING (Up to 10 Guests)

Ground floor master bedroom has a King bed with an en suite full bath and

walk-in all new, all tile shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has two full

beds and the third bedroom — the bunkroom — has two built-in queen-sized

bunks. Those two upstairs bedrooms share a jack-and-jill full bath with walk-

in new tile shower, meaning neither room requires a hallway trip to reach it.

An airbed with pump is also provided if needed. The 10-guest maximum includes

infants and babies.



THE OUTDOORS

There is a small space in front of the townhome to hang. The complex also has

a small fenced pool with lounge chairs, and available pool heat from November

through April for a small additional fee (we can heat, charged after check in

if you desire). We do not provide beach gear, but there is a vendor right on

the beach renting chairs and an umbrella for $45 cash per day with no advance

reservation needed.



PARKING

Two off-street spaces are included at no charge — a golf cart counts as one

vehicle. Street parking is available nearby if needed. Parking here is always

free, which is not something the hotels on the island can say.

High-speed WiFi is included. Spectrum is the only provider on the island and

service can be spotty — bring a personal hotspot on your cell if you have work

that cannot wait.

If the network name SouthPadreTrips is not showing up, a power outage may have

reset the router to factory settings; the default network name and password

are on a sticker on top of the router, and unplugging it for a few minutes

usually resolves it.



PETS

Up to 2 pets are welcome for a small additional fee — please read all house

rules carefully before booking if you are bringing an animal, as there are

specific requirements. Undisclosed pets will result in eviction so please be

kind :) Pets may not be in the common pool area, may not be on furniture nor

left alone to bark, & you would agree to pick up doggie do-doo or we do charge

a fee LOL so be nice

more than one group — just ask, we would love to help.

Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 2 – December 22), veterans and

active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches at any level — we

coached in the Lake Travis and Westlake youth programs for over 19 seasons.

POLICIES

Primary guest must be 23 or older and must be present at check-in. If you are

under 23, you must contact us before booking — exceptions are possible but not

guaranteed, and additional requirements apply.

A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before

check-in; door codes are not released without both. Strict cancellation policy

applies. No unregistered guests, no extra vehicles. No smoking, no parties, no

loud music at any time. This is not a party property many thanks for

understanding!

If you wish to have the pool heater turned on, there is a $25 per day fee

which is charged after you book. You must agree to pay for pool heat your

entire stay; Understand it does take the pool up to 8 hours to heat up, so you

may want to pay the day before arrival if you so desire. If it is under 65

degrees it is unlikely to heat up sufficiently, FYI.
