New to the Rental Market, Water slide! Beachfront!!

The loungers on the balcony were broken where you put your feet so we really couldn’t use those. Other than that condo was great! It is very spacious! There is plenty of parking. We were even able to purchase a third parking pass which was awesome! I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay at Gulf Shores!! The condo suited us perfectly! Beautiful views and easy access all we needed!

Overall, it was great. (Kids ages 1-7) The pools/beach were amazing. The condo is spacious and as pictured. We would go back. The floors in the condo were not clean at all. We had to sweep when we first got there bc of dirt/sand everywhere. We had to wear shoes the entire time because your feet turned black. The floors need a good scrubbing. Upon arrival, they supplied a sample size of dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod, one kitchen towel, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a sponge-so be prepared to buy more. There was a bag in the garbage, but no extra ones. The plastic plates were all wet in the cupboard, not sure how long they sat in there like that. We received an email that we couldn’t check in early, which is okay. However, our access code to the condo let us in 30 mins early. We did get our parking pass/wrist bands early in the day and used the pool/beach while we waited for entry to the condo.

Great stay!

The condo itself was spacious and did the job for our family but by far the most dated condo we've stayed in in Gulf Shores. The living room and patio furniture left a lot to be desired, very dated and the living room would not accommodate10 guests. 2/3 bedrooms had sand in the beds so we did wash all the bedding. Also odd was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms was provided to get started. The building, pool, parking garage, and beach were great. Staff were friendly as well. Next time we come down we will probably look for a condo in Phoenix II on East Blvd, we had friends there this week as well and it was a drastic upgrade given the same weekly price.

Absolutely wonderful view! That was my favorite part about the stay. The balcony had some very comfortable chairs, and the view was unbeatable. There were some chairs that needed a little repair. But you could not beat the gorgeous fuse. We loved the amount of room in this condo and the layout. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and plenty of room. One thing that we missed having was maybe some throw blankets to use in the living room while watching movies and possibly to use on the balcony during the chilly evenings. I had stayed in the building years and years ago. I felt like there had not been many updates since then. And same with this condo, it may be could use some touchups. Some new paint, some areas that you can tell are just older and worn down that could use some improvements, but all in all it was a great stay.

Beach area was amazing and never felt like it was a chore to get there (we were on the 20th floor)....never a wait on elevators and easy beach access. The view was amazing!!! We utilized the indoor pool and hot tub area when we had a cool couple of days, which was great. Our son used the gym every day. Walkable bars on both the beach and neighborhood. We absolutely loved it here.

Beautiful unobstructed beach view. Good sized patio roomy enough for 6 adults to be seated comfortably. Plenty of available parking for guests, even during the Annual Shrimp fest.

Beautiful property. Lacks some basic conveniences a lot of properties offer. Property contact is responsive. Clear instructions sent before check in.

Very nice place to stay, absolutely beautiful. IDidn’t like that you can hear everything & everyone around you, the beds were hard/uncomfortable, and god forbid you forget your wristband or even hold the elevator open for someone.

It was great. Enjoyed the balcony very much. It needs better cookware other than that no complaints

Very nice spacious condo beachfront on 20th floor and big balcony. Elevators were pretty quick too. Nice indoor pool, hot tubs, and outdoor pool with a great slide. However there are some items in kitchen that need to be replaced. Spring Break with 4 grandsons, a good time making great memories.

We loved the spacious porch with comfortable furniture. The bedroom were decorated beautifully and very comfortable. When you arrive there are grocery carts and luggage carriers to help with transporting your belongings. The kitchen was well stocked (no spices) and very easy to work in. We loved the view!

Condo was great but we were not happy with beach set up. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week. People were able to set up in front of us with their own umbrellas and camping tents which obstructed our view of ocean. Our group come to beach every year at this time and this is the first time this has ever happened.
