Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs updating. All dresser drawers and bathroom cabinets were dirty/dated. Toilet needs to be replaced. Needs more towel bars. Bed was not comfortable. Good location and the rest of the condo was very clean. Great patio furniture. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Small updates would make this place amazing.

The condo is beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the TV but it was rectified quickly!The only thing I would suggest is over the door hooks in the bathroom for towels and a shower liner for the bathtub. Also, there’s a nice glass dining table and I would put place mats on them so the glass doesn’t get messy.But, it’s a wonderful location, very comfortable bed and nice couch!!!

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Loved the ninja coffee maker too! Made coffee in the mornings on the balcony even better. Great location, and we love the building. Having a parking garage attached, where you can simply walk from the garage to your floor without the need of the elevators is top notch. We will be back!

Everything was great. Very roomy for a small condo.

Everything was very clean! Extra towels, blankets, etc. The view of the water right from the balcony was fantastic! Everything was easily accessible and the beach was only steps away! We will be staying here again!

Love Phoenix X. Nice condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great pool and grilling area. Great location. We didn’t have any issues. Just wish the owner would have been a little bit more responsive with general questions through the app.

Condo could have been cleaner there was stains on the sheets on the bed and the pillows. The faucet in the shower was messed up. It was hard to take a hot shower. Utensils in the drawer in the kitchen were dirty.

Beer cans were stacked on the side of the pool. Security was called and a M/B observed the situation and left with no action. The crowd was loud and disorderly that was not conducive to families.

Everything was wonderful except the pillows were not comfortable .. vice nice place

The condo was well decorated and it was on a quiet end of the complex. It was perfect for a couple wanting to get away for the weekend.

Few issues. Toaster not working pans unusable biggest cockroaches I have seen toilet not flushing well Condo and furnishing not updated at all would not stay there again.

My daughter and I had a great stay for spring break. The condo was perfect for the two of us and we loved the view of the Gulf from the balcony. My only recommedation is to buy new bath towels. We did not use 2 of them due to small stains on them. Other than that, the condo was great!

It was on the beach which was the biggest bonus, and next to the Floribama if that's what you are looking for. The unit was older and smelled super musty. The furniture was also fairly old. The sheets were clean, but all blankets and bed pillows had yellowing edges, as though they'd never been cleaned and the places people touched the most were dirty. There were dishes, dishwasher, laundry, etc, but one roll of paper towel and toilet paper was weak considering that would last only a day. The pool was also closed, which was not mentioned during our reservation or when we were asked to switch units due to patio construction (I think we should have been offered a lower rate). Overall, the place just seemed dingy. I would not come back and rent this unit again.

The Condo was clean very comfortable, and the ocean view was excellent. We rerouted our trip to Anna Marie due to hurricane and this was a pleasant surprise.

Had a few minor inconveniences, clock didn’t work, had to lift toilet handle or would run continuously but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Very satisfied with our stay.
