New to the Rental Market, Newly Owner, Beachfront!

Sliding glass doors are real hard to open. Everything else was perfect.

Very clean and everyone so accomodating. Parking was great and security on top of things. Felt very safe staying here. Easy access to the beach and great swimming facilities. The condo itself was fairly clean and sufficient but there were several items in the condo that needed attention. I attempted to reach someone about these issues shortly after arriving and again following check out and never got a response. Nothing was detrimental to our stay but were definitely inconveniences and for what we paid I expected things to be in full working order. Or at least to have gotten a response when I reached out.

The condo was in a great location. Short driving distances to attractions. Beach was close and clean.

The pictures looked very nice, but the wall art, bedding, condition of the upholstered furniture, were all in need of updating. The icemaker leaked so we bought a bag of ice in, the condo lobby. Plenty of pencils and dishes. Beds were a little soft, but overall pretty comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view of the gulf...not newly renovated as described but ok..some electrical outlets did not work in bedroom...had a musty smell when we arrived.. overall would probably stay again..

I have to say we really enjoyed our trip and condo was very nice. The only area I could suggest improvement is fixing the dishwasher door. It is so hard to get latched closed to run.
