New to the Rental Market, New Owner, Beachfront!!

This property was perfect for our family of 10. It is spacious and had everything we needed. Having 4 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms was wonderful. We all loved the lazy river, indoor pool, and outdoor pool. The 9th floor was a good floor to be on since it wasn’t too high. The only negative was that by being a huge resort sometimes the elevators were crowded. We all said we would come back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Condo was good. The family room furniture was a bit dingy. The the rug was needing replacement. Bathroom rugs were old and shabby. Bathroom garbage cans were all rusted inside. Refrigerator had some broken buttons.

We love all the space, that it is on the beach, and that you can park right out side the condo. Our kiddos love the pools and splash pad, especially the slide! We had a bad experience with the new cafe, but other than that, everything was amazing. We look forward to our annual beach trip each year, and this condo makes it so enjoyable. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall experience was not good. Unit was dirty when arrived. We cleaned it ourselves to make it feel cleaner. After parking our small RV in a space labeled for bus parking for 4 plus days we were made to move so a car could park there although we paid for same parking pass and was told prior to and at check in we could park there. Desk staff and manager was incompetent dealing with issues. No crowd control at pool or lazy river. Stayed at PW 2 previously but will not again.

Location and beachfront views stunning and a fun place to bring family from age 70-13 years of age. Arrived around 6:30 pm and no one was at desk to get parking pass, had to get parking pass next day in the morning. No problems with communication with property manage, but did not have to reach out to them upon arrival. Overall the condo was clean, but kitchen area could have been little more cleaned and organized. We did however find everything we needed for our stay.

I wish the splash pad could have been finished for the kiddos. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This was an amazing family vacation. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The accommodations are perfect for our family so that everyone can stay together. We love the bunks in the 2nd bedroom with a king bed. This made is so much easier for my daughter and her 3 little ones. Plus having a bathroom in each bedroom and an additional bath is everything. The kitchen has everything you could need. The free standing ice maker may have been our favorite addition to the kitchen. I honestly can’t find any negative about our stay because it was such a great week. We look forward to our next trip and hope to book this exact unit again next year. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. I wish the kitchen was better stocked with utensils. Knives were all dull and we had a shrimp boil, but no large pot to cook in.

Have stayed at this Phoenix 8 years now for our beach vacations and absolutely LOVE IT!!
