Reviewer Comments: overall it was good. only issue was ice maker would not make ice. just have to be patient being on the 23rd floor and the elvator usage.

Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed except the additional ice maker that had been replaced with a wine refrigerator in the bar area. That was disappointing. Other than that everything was wonderful. Beautiful weather to top off our trip!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Fantastic condo. This is our second year to stay here. We LOVE it. When we arrived, we ran into the cleaning lady leaving. She did an excellent job. I have never stayed at a condo that was cleaned so thoroughly. There was not even one grain of sand in the floor. I can not recommend this condo enough. The owner/management is exceptional in making sure the condo is equipped with everything that you need during your stay. Fantastic vacation!!!

The bed in the master bed was very loud and creaky anytime someone moved. The location and grounds were wonderful.The biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Within 5 minutes of arriving, feet were black. Clearly the floor had not been cleaned (and there was no mop to do it ourselves) and dusting was superficial. For a $500 cleaning fee, I expected better.

The unit was clean, ready on time, well decorated, and had a great layout. There were zero issues with any of the appliances. Great space for our party of 8. Out of all the units we've stayed at at Phoenix West, this was probably our favorite.Thanks for a great week! Hope to return soon!
