EVERYTHING was amazing. I am a woman who already loves shiny everything, and upon entering, much to my amazement, it was exactly my style to a tea, I almost didn't want to leave. My children also enjoyed their stay. They even went swimming the first couple of days. Everything we needed was already provided. Food shopping is super easy, the stores are walking distance, so thats what we did. Instructions given were a lot, but still easy to follow. The only thing I didn't have was dish liquid to wash the dishes but I hope I did everything that was required. I will definitely be staying here again. This is my new favorite. In my brain hotels don't exist anymore. Thanks for making it great.

My only comment has to do with the air conditioning system. when it’s 105 outside the two bedrooms never really get cool . That

Very clean!! The host responded promptly when I had a question. The pool areea was nice and big. There’s a supermarket literally around the corner from this place which was nice. Beautiful area. Beautiful stay. Parking was easy.

We loved our stay here so much! We had our newborn with us and really appreciated the cleanliness. The host was so kind and easy to communicate with. Also loved the location as it was near so many restaurants and shops. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

Clean and convenient.

It’s 110 degrees outside and the unit only cools to 70?Unit was hot all day. No shampoo either. Everything else was great

The property was just as advertised. It was spacious and well appointed. the grounds were well kept and the pool was welcome relief as we stayed here in June. The few questions we had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Superb property. Stylish furnishings, roomy, and very comfortable. We felt right at home from the start. Underground parking was a blessing.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the property. It was every bit as advertised. Paula was great responding to our needs and working with us. Any time we are in AZ this will be our first choice as far as where we will stay.

Very clean, convenient location & well maintained

Unit was very clean and very well appointed. Could not beat the spot for our student tour of nearby Grand Canyon University. Tons of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. We’d stay there again absolutely.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and has all the amenties you could ask for. There was pleny of room especially once you found the hidden closets for each bedroom- great storage to unpack! I especially liked the connected outdoor patio to have my morning coffee.

My family and I stayed at this rental for spring break. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend that others rent this property. The condo was very clean and matched all the pictures in the description. The condo complex was very quiet and the pool area was secure and secluded. Communication with Paula was very easy and the provided instructions were very helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was considered in every way for a perfect stay. Cleanliness is a must with me and it was all that and more. Location is wonderfully convenient to shopping, dining, airport, hiking, churches …. I could go on. I give my stay every bit of a 5 star. Thank you Paula!

We had an amazing time in Phoenix, and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Paula reached out and made sure that we had everything we needed. From the gated entrance (safety!) to the impeccable property inside and out, we felt lucky to have found this place. I'm already thinking of booking a girl's trip and staying here again! You will not be disappointed! Location location location! We could see Camelback and Piestewa Peak from the property and we were so excited to have restaurants and shopping so close. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to see all of the amenities of home including sound machines, coffee makers with pods, iron, blow dryer, etc etc....if it sounds like I'm gushing, I AM!! So incredibly happy we took this trip and our luxurious accommodations were just oerfect!

Our family had a wonderful week! The condo was exactly how described and pictures were accurate. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as being able to walk to the grocery store, nearby mall, and strolling through the Biltmore Estates. Easy driving distance to many nearby attractions.

What a lovely property! We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv and messaged Paula, she got back to us immediately! Tv was on in a flash! Everything was so clean and nice. I’d highly recommend this condo and the area!!!

Nice location and comfortable environment. I imagine a return visit to this location in the future. One suggestion would be to air out the closets. We did remove our clothing from the closets due what we believe was the carpet cleaning solution emitting odor.

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a lot of stuff within walking distance. We had a great time!

The condo is clean, well appointed, quiet and walking convenient. We stayed two nights at end of vacation in the canyons to relax prior to heading back to home city. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to great restaurants. We had great meals at the Collins and the close sushi restaurant. Plus I also had a pedicure at the nail spa. Great way to end vacation.
