New Specials - Windancer 404 - Gulf Front, Free Beach Service & Pool

We stay at the Windancer each year. We love the property and can’t stay anywhere else. It’s simple, but we love the low density, private beach and ease of access this property offers. This particular unit was extremely clean. Cleaner than most beach houses I’ve rented. The check in was easy and the host was super easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that this place is listed for up to 8 people but there were only 6 bath towels. We had to go buy more. Otherwise, 10/10!

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf. Walking distance to stores/eating places. Nice, small condo complex—roughly 48 units total. Secluded, beach wasn’t crowded. Loved the beach service available. King sized bed downstairs was one of the comfiest beds in a vacation property I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of room for my family of 3. Could have easily had at least 6 people stay in the condo and not felt cramped. Owner/property manager was great about communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. It was small and quaint- perfect for our stay. We didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a pantry to put food, but we made it work. Great stay.

Beautiful view, you get what you see, private beach no need to deal with hassle of public beach. Seats were reserved for us after the first morning, seating starts reserving at 8am. Plenty of parking and only 20-25 minutes away from Harborwalk Village.

This property is amazing. It was immaculately cleaned and there were plenty of supplies for our family of 5. The property managers were so communicative and helpful the entire time. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

We loved the accommodations. The place was clean and well appointed for everything a family of five could need. Lots of great restaurants close by. Everything was easy to walk too or within a short drive. Would love to return during warmer months to fully take advantage of all the amenities.

The condo was great for my family. The only issue, which was not the condo, but the road in and out of the condo was flooded for 2 days and couldn’t leave.

We enjoyed the place , well maintained !!

There were a few things about the condo that we feel should be improved. We feel coffee filters should be available, a kitchen sponge to wash dishes and oven mitts to get hot items out of the oven with. We flew in and I asked if beach towels were included and the person that responded said yes. When we arrived there weren’t any beach towels. The management people accommodated us and brought us some later the next morning. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom is very moldy and needs to get changed out. All in all we would definitely stay here again.
