*NEW* Spacious Condo Near Downtown TC

Bring your own hangers. We had one, for the four of us to share. Plan on traffic noise. You will be sleeping approximately 12 feet from the road, on what feels like a futon mattress. Those in the guest bedroom beware. Every noise you make in the bathroom will be clearly audible for those sitting at the kitchen table. Not only that, you will be visible through the cracks in the barn door and wall separating you from the kitchen. While barn doors are cool and trendy looking, not very practical as a bathroom door off a main area. Other than that, the condo was newer, very clean and in a good location.

We came up to do some wine tasting. It was a central location between Charlevoix and Leelanau. Everything in the condo was as described in the listing. Text and VRBO communication was quick and easy. We’ll be back!

Very clean and convenient space. Extremely responsive host, very close to downtown. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean, easy to access, and just as described. Check in and out was easy, and communication was excellent. The only issue we had was noisy bed frames!

There are several good points about our stay ... great location to bike trail, coffee shop and Bryant Park. Also the host always responded to messages quickly. But there were a couple of bad points too ... there was a dog next door that bark through out the day and into the night, there were ants in the carpets of both bedrooms, and a pair of dirty socks left in the closet by a previous guest. We will not return to return to this condo.

A great long weekend enjoying beautiful Traverse City. Location is not within walking distance to downtown, but close to a store and the road to Old Mission peninsula.

Condo was very clean. The only complaint was the traffic noise. Very busy street on bedroom side and the noise made sleeping difficult.

The property was great, very clean and had everything you need for a good stay. Would book again. Check in and out was as seamless as possible.

Even though it was rainy, grey and cold when we spent the weekend for our niece’s wedding, this place was a ray of sunshine. It was a great space for my wife, and brother-in-law and me.we took a nice little walk to several little beaches on the lake.

We were very pleased with the unit layout. The walkthrough closet was a perfect spot for the pack n play, making it super dark for baby naps. The host was quick to reply. The place was neat, clean, and had lots of extra linens. The door to the building was never locked, so we never needed the code. The tenants above us were crazy loud in the middle of the night, but not something you can really control. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and thought it was great with a baby.

The condo was very nice, clean, and close to everything.

This condo is perfect for a couple or two or a small group of friends. It’s convenient to everything in TC. Riley has never been an issue to deal with, very professional. We’ll be back!

Just blocks from my brother’s house, this condo was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Completely hassle free. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including a washer and dryer which was a great added bonus. The condo was comfortable , cozy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with our friends and our 2 infants. The management was quick with replies and very accommodating for our families.

Only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed.
