Located within minutes to downtown NSB where you`ll find shopping, restaurants & more! (Beds: King, 2 Queens, Murphy & Twin Ottoman)

Beautiful beachfront condo with sweeping views of the beach & ocean, with large modern rooms fully stocked so you never have to leave if you don`t want to... until vacations over, but then come back and see us again! This unit has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen and living room with sliders out to the private balcony where you can enjoy a sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing in the sea. The building features a private pool, walkway to beach and is surrounded by natural Florida preserves. Resort amenities include clubhouse, fitness room, tennis and other fun activities.

Guest will be emailed their specific door code by 8pm the night prior to check in. Please note, we will need you to email us your actual email address in order to receive check in instructions as we use a remote lock company. A Salty Dog Staff may reach out to get this as well so that your check-in is seamless.

Surrounded by a state park full of natural Florida beauty and mangroves, five minutes to the lovely artsy community of New Smyrna Beach, this condo building is the pinnacle of beach luxury. Enjoy all the fun festivals, surfing and local fare of NSB.

You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep, bike or other mode of transportation to enjoy our fun and quirky beach town.

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:

I. AGREEMENT
On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II. EXCLUSIONS
This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of God
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.

III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
**Must be 25 or older to book unit! No exceptions!**
Absolutely no smoking in unit or near open doors or windows. Unit is equipped with smoke/marijuana detection system and guests will be removed from property and no refund given if there is any smoke in unit.

    Loved the property. Loved the condos. The company that manages the properties could be better at communicating more specifically. The pre registration forms were not clear. The instructions how to enter the condos not clear...ie provided 4 number code for door yet neglected to add you must touch the house icon first on the touch pad before the 4 digits.Not really a HUGE issue but still had to call the office and report could not enter condo.We wanted to rent golf carts and managing office had no idea if there was parking available on the grounds. That answer surprised me that they did not know the answer...well there is parking available we found out once we drove on to Minorca and saw golf carts.I was asked to fill out pre registration forms via email a week before our visit. I filled them out in May. Loved the condos and property as i first said...and yes i would definitely return.

    The views were amazing. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. The beds were super comfy and there is so much space. Getting to the beach is easy and close. Thank you for an amazing time

    We had a few glitches with check in, but no fault of owner or management. All was handled quickly and efficiently. The condo itself is phenomenal. Sparkling clean, well stocked, all appliances and features are very high end. Great pool, great beach, couldn’t ask for anything more.

    Lovely stay at such a beautiful condo! Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Parking and the use of elevators was easy, not like most crowded resorts. The views were incredible. This was a very peaceful beach getaway for our family of six.

    Loved our stay at Minorca!! Condo and view were beautiful with everything we needed. Spent some time at the main pool which was heated along with the hot tub. Time for games in our unit along with our nephews wedding in Daytona Beach.

    Last weekend of summer getaway with adult children. This condo has a gorgeous view of the dunes but also is very very well stocked with entertaining items to really enjoy your time at this condo. Plenty of beach towels, chair, coolers etc. Really a top notch experience.
