Stayed Jun 22, 2026Chateau by the Sea was exactly what my family and I needed. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The beach was picture-perfect — pristine, quiet, and just steps away. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that made us feel right at home. For the quality and location, it was surprisingly affordable — we truly felt like we got more than we paid for.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026I walked in to a nice clean Condo ! The view from my balcony was very nice. I had a perfect view of the pool area and a great view of the ocean. I felt very safe at this location. There were many people my age group plus a few families with small children. Everyone was very friendly. The pool area and sundeck are kept neat and clean throughout the day. I will definitely book another vacation here.My hostess was very easy to contact and supplied all the basics anyone could need for their stay .Thoroughly satisfied !

Stayed Apr 2, 2026Everything was lovely. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. Bright, open and a great view of the pool and beach. It was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, blankets, pillows, towels, even beach toys… small things that made our family getaway with 2 small kids very enjoyable.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family stays at Chateau every summer and have for about 38 years. This is the first year I have used VRBO and was happy with the process. Parking pass is not available on site during a weekend check in. Must get it on Monday.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025This is a great little unit -beautiful views from the living room, the balcony and kitchen, of the ocean and beach, and the complex grounds. We didn't want to leave. We actually zillowed some units, lol! The unit is perfect for two people but large enough to pull off four in a pinch. On Flagler avenue there is not one chain store, or beautiful little shops and mom and pop restaurants. We did Universal too but we wish we skipped it . Next time, I'm not leaving this beach.
