New Smyrna Beach-Ocean Front!-No Drive Beach-5 STAR-SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEW!

The condo was just as pictured and we were very pleased. Beautiful property as well and we loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach! We felt safe and secure during our stay and have already talked about coming back soon! Our only issue was the security code changed mid week and we had to find the property manager to get the new code.

It was perfect! Very clean and had everything in the unit you could ask for. Owner was great and quick answering any questions I had via text. The grounds were kept wonderfully! Great family friendly complex. We will be back!

Condo was perfect and exactly as listed. Perfect location to Flagler Ave and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Point East is clean and well-maintained with plenty of parking, a large pool, and easy beach access.

Lynn was a wonderful host. She communicated with us weeks in advance with local things to do and restaurant recommendations. The place was just like the photos and the view of the ocean was amazing. Inwould highly recommend.

It’s a nice condo in a clean, quiet, well managed development. Everything was as advertised. Owner/ landlord very attentive and communicated well.

Went here for an end of winter break. The unit was very clean and it was as described. It was super easy to communicate with property owner Lynn. She was helpful in tips for restaurants, activities and especially space launch info. Unfortunately during our stay the stairs to beach were unusable due to storm damage, but we were able to go to beach from the next-door park. When you go enjoy local restaurants, farmer’s market on Saturdays, places like Smyrna Dunes and download the space launch app.

First thing that comes to mind - Flawless! From the fantastic communication with our Host Lynn - who made sure we were informed of everything about property, upcoming launches, beach fire pits, etc - there was no confusion walking thru front door. The home was spotless. Kitchen amenities had everything you need if you chose to eat home everyday. The view was amazing. Ease in using community gas grill as this property only has 3 stories and you can easily run right down. Pool had Plenty of lounge chairs and if you wanting beach instead, Lynn had the chairs stored right in the closet for you! No question we will be back.

We enjoyed our visit and will be booking it again in the future. This was the cleanest unit we have ever rented in all the many years of beach travel. Great communication with the owner. It looks to be renovated and is very comfortable.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront location and well maintained property with easy access to dining and shopping. The unit is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The host was fantastic to work with and was super responsive to our questions and inquiries. Highly recommend! 10/10

My husband and I stayed here for a week and the condo was perfect for us. The beach was amazing. Lynn was great at answering any questions we had. The property was clean and everyone was friendly. We would highly recommend.

This was a perfect condo for us! It was very clean. We loved having the pool and the ocean as cool-off choices!

Just one little hiccup on instructions to access the room, but owner was so fast to fix it. We had an amazing stay! Room was so fresh and ĺight with a beachy feel. View of the ocean was fantastic! Very clean. Amenities were family friendly. Beach was beautiful and no cars driving on the beach (a plus for us). We hope to come again someday. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time during our trip to NSB. The host was awesome, and the unit was clean. Great location, and there was a life guard at the beach when we were there. We walked to multiple restaurants for dinner while there.

This unit is well appointed and beautifully decorated and Lynn, the property owner, is an amazing host! We have rented numerous condos in NSB and this is one of our favorites. Lynn is an excellent communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend renting this unit before it gets away!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect, the condo owner, Lynn, checked on us on our arrival via text, making sure everything was ok. The grounds were pristine, as was the pool. A perfect place to vacation at NSB! There were many great restaurants to choose from, our favorite by far was “The Garlic”!

We had a great time at this condo and in New Smyrna Beach. The host was amazing and very easy to get ahold of. She went above and beyond! We highly recommend her and this place.

We were without power for 5 hours. Not the fault of the property owner.

First condo we have stayed at in Nsb where everything was just perfect! The beds were so comfortable, living room was spacious and accommodating for movie night, and the balcony was the perfect place for an afternoon nap. We loved it so much we booked again! Only recommendation is to have more trash bags, paper towels, and cookware items for cooking.
