NEW RENTAL-Oceania 13-Luxury 4000 SQ FT Gulf Front Condo-Signature Properties

We just returned home from our stay at Oceania 13. Reserving the condo as well as checking in was super easy. The company stayed in constant contact you through text messages and emails. The accommodations were so wonderful that we didn’t want to leave. Our 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom, 4,000 square feet condo contained everything that we needed. This was 100% the best place we have stayed in ever with our growing family. My mom and dad had space and were comfortable. My grandmother had her space and was comfortable. My family and my brother’s family with all of our kids had plenty of space and were comfortable. I have an infant and my SIL has a newborn. We both have two older kids (oldest is 10 years old). The bunk beds in every room was perfect. Having the entire floor to ourselves. Fantastic. Although the pool didn’t have bells and whistles (like a lazy river and water slide and zero entry pool) we didn’t even notice. It was honestly perfect. The indoor/outdoor situation was excellent. Living spaces, hallways….. everything was so spacious and what we needed for everyone this year with all of our new additions. The only drawback was truly it coming with only two parking places. BUT our other two cars parked at Pier 33 grocery across the street (for a fee). Wasn’t terrible. Also wasn’t ideal. Oh yea, and this place was literally a few steps from the beach. Sooooo convenient. We will 100% be back. We have 100% told many friends about this place already. If you have a bunch of folks and need a place to stay, this is your place!!

Property was clean- loved new floors- great views - we had air conditioning problems that took 2 days to get fixed but management worked hard trying to get it fixed . Did a good job on a weekend.

The property was great but the parking was an issue. We used one of the handicap spaces which left the 2nd space allocated for our unit vacant. We were not allowed to pay and use the 2nd spot simply because they only allow the use of 2 spots per unit. The 2nd spot for unit 13 remained vacant for the week and our 3rd vehicle was parked down the street.

Plenty of room for family to spread out. Beautiful view and had all the amenities we needed.

We love the condo, has a lot of space for everyone. The only thing that needs an upgrade is the pool. We will love to come back

This place was WAY more spacious than we could have imagined. On top of that, it was very similar to the pictures and clean/well taken care of. The management company was great at communicating pre-arrival information and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The location of this condo was great. Close enough to the action without being in the middle of it. Quiet building and beach out front.

The property was great. 3 of the rooms are excellent. There is a 4th room with two full beds, and bunks beds but they are not comfortable and the posting still says 2 queens. This room does not have two queens it has 2 full beds which makes a difference if an adult is to stay in that room. They have an ice machine and abundance of kitchen supplies! They location is close to the water. The pool is indoor/outdoor which I great.

Our group of 18 (4 families) stayed in this condo for spring break. The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for all of us. We loved the beach views and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool on the rainy days. Communication was wonderful with very quick responses. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was clean and functional. Each family had their own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Closets in each bedroom were large enough for pack n plays for babies to sleep plus room for storage. The extra half bath was nice also. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed, including a large fridge). Good beach access, nice pool/hot tub, and not too crowded (end of March). Owners were very helpful and responsive!

Out of ALL the many condos we have stayed in from the East coast to the mid-west... this was a top 5! The view was magnificent. The rooms were perfect! Our group of 18 had a wonderful - wonderful trip!!
