NEW RENTAL! ENJOY THE UPDATES! GREAT VIEWS TOO!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of sheets,blankets and towels. There was a problem with the garbage disposal. It backed up and flooded the kitchen but was fixed immediately.

The location on the beach was perfect. The views were great and we ultimately had a great time. The issues are that the condo is so packed and there are only 4 elevators that we had times that we had to wait for up to 30 minutes just go down or up. Being on the 21st floor with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement stairs are undoable. The washing machine, you have to basically watch the entire time it runs because it overflows - there is a sign on it that even states this. On checkin day I received a call that the dishwasher was broken and we wouldn't be able to use it and when I asked if we could be reimbursed any funds for this the girl was rude. We didn't receive any type of compensation for this nor did anyone even call me back, but we were told it was our responsibility to clean all the dishes and put them away before we left. They only give you one roll of TP in each bathroom, but don't tell you that when booking the reservation. the pool and hot tub areas have been abused over the few short years the resort has been open with out any care. I have stayed in properties that were a lot nicer and only half the cost. This is not somewhere I would stay again.

Great views. Clean room. Didn’t have everything that was pictured. Half way through our trip we were out on the boat all day and came back with our 4 kids and we’re unable to access our room and NOONE at the facility could help us gain access! Also the second night there we were woke up to what sounded like the swat team coming in our door. Was discovered it was kids running down the walk ways banging on doors and running. Was made to pay for a parking pass and ended up being two in the room when we arrived, when I asked for a refund I was told “they left the two in the room by mistake and we would in fact not be getting a refund”. Elevator wait times are terrible. The sky bridge smells very stinky as you’re passing through. None of the desk were able to help with anything because they said they were not part of that side of condos. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Also the “game room” almost everything is broken and ran down.

We loved the condo! Great views!

We stayed in this same condo last year and loved it. So this year we booked the same Condo. Location is great and within walking distance to lots of stuff. The room was nice and clean and spacious. Love this condo. Will book again next year.

The view was stunning. Private beach was quiet and clean! Very relaxing.

We really enjoyed this Condo, it was clean and had a great location, close to all the shopping and restaurants, but our favorite thing was the balcony with the great views of the gulf, we loved watching the sea life early in the morning and chilling out there at sunset.

Loved, loved the gulf view! Roomy & comfortable, nice beds & showers. Only negative was that the parking was confusing.

Please was clean and comfortable. The kids didn’t use the bunk beds because they were wobbly.

We had the nicest room we have stayed in. I’m glad the room was excellent because it was so cold we couldn’t even get outside.

Clean close to everything and easy beach access

Great place in a really nice area. Beautiful water.
