Condo is located in 2nd floor of 3 story building. 2nd Floor Laundry Room nearby with 4 washers/dryers. Plaza Condominiums have 2 elevators and numerous sets of stairs to access condo. Secured, covered parking structure adjacent to condo building. There are steps from parking structure to condo building.

1)NO SMOKING PLEASE!!! inside condo, lobby areas or outdoor areas of Plaza complex.
2)SMALL PETS ONLY allowed ON APPROVAL; and must be Certified Emotional Support Animals (ESA) or Certified Service Dogs.
3)This Condo is NOT a SHORT TERM RENTAL (STR). Both The Plaza Condominium Association and the City Of San Diego require a 31 day+ minimum stay.
