Sapphire 2901 sits on the 29th floor of the tallest building on South Padre
Island - a junior Penthouse with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and
three patios that take in both the Gulf and the bay at once.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and 16 to 24-foot ceilings run throughout. The views,
the space, and the address are not available at this level anywhere else on
this island. Maximum eight guests — intentionally, by design.
The kitchen is fully open-concept, flowing into two separate sitting areas and
the living room — everything connected, nothing cut off. It is stocked with
pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for full home cooking, with full-sized
stainless appliances and a wine fridge.
The oversized picture window above the kitchen counter frames an unobstructed
view straight down the length of the island — a detail unique to this south
tower position. Smart TVs are set up throughout the unit; we do not provide
cable, so stream from your own apps. There is a full-sized washer and dryer.

The unit comes with a starter supply of coffee, creamer, sweetener, decaf, and
tea, plus hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, non-
stick cooking spray, and salt and pepper. Starter amounts only — not
replenished but sufficient.
Crisp, fresh towels and linens are provided on all beds. A queen airbed with
pump and a full-sized couch are available for additional sleeping; please
bring your own bedding if you plan to use either. Beach gear is not provided —
chairs, umbrellas, and poolside cabanas can be reserved through the Sapphire
concierge or front desk for an additional fee.
SLEEPING (Up to 8 Guests)
The master bedroom has a King bed and an en suite bath with both a jetted tub
and a walk-in quartz shower. The walk-in closet is, in a word, enormous.
The second bedroom also has a King bed with a half bath and its own private
second entrance to the penthouse — ideal when two couples or family groups
want to come and go completely independently.
The third bedroom has two full beds and a full en suite bath finished in white
quartz and tile. The 8-guest maximum includes infants and babies and cannot be
exceeded.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Sapphire’s amenity footprint is unmatched on the island. The pool is the
longest and largest private pool on South Padre Island, paired with a heated
jacuzzi. The fitness center is private and the best-equipped on the island.
The building also has a group movie theater, a teen and adult game room, and a
concierge desk staffed 24/7. EV charging is available in the garage at an
additional cost. Free covered parking for 2 vehicles is included Sapphire is
located next to the Margaritaville resort — it is a more exclusive property by
every measure than that hotel however
PARKING
Two vehicle permits are included - A golf cart is considered a vehicle and
counts as one of the two permits. No additional permits are available for
purchase. Parking here is included at no charge, unlike hotels on the island
that bill for every car. Free parking along Gulf Blvd exists as overflow but
is not guaranteed and is not nearby.
RESORT FEE
A $57 plus tax per day resort fee is charged by Sapphire and is already
INCLUDED in your grand total — there is no surprise at check-in. For guests
booking 30 consecutive days or more, this fee is reduced to a flat $250, which
is charged manually after booking.
WIFI
Spectrum is the only internet provider on the island and service can be
spotty. WiFi unavailability is not a basis for cancellation, refund, or
reimbursement. Please arrive with a hotspot enabled on your phone if you have
critical work to complete during your stay.
PETS
Animals of any kind are prohibited at this property under the building HOA —
this includes service animals. Guests traveling with a service animal should
contact us before booking so we can assist with alternative accommodations.
CHECK-IN
To comply with city requirements, all guests must e-sign a rental agreement
and provide a photo ID after booking. In addition,
Sapphire requires its own separate guest information documents via DocuSign —
these are 100% required to receive access and refusal to complete them is not
grounds for a refund. Access to the property is by electronic key card, which
the primary guest receives at the front desk after presenting a valid ID.
Complex quiet hours run from 9 PM to 9 AM. The pool and jacuzzi are open 9 AM
to 9 PM. No smoking anywhere in the unit, on the patios, or in common areas.
No parties, no events, no unregistered guests — including in the pool area. No
BBQ on the property except the built-in electric grill on the bayside balcony.
In March, the primary guest must be 30 years of age and you MAY NOT mix guests
nor family. It is immediately faimly only.
Check in documents for sapphire are required a minimum of 3 days in advance.
You cannot be checked in if you do not submit them. Our office will remind
you, however you must fill them out and it is not a reason for a cancel and
refund if you do not
Please note we have multiple units available at sapphire and can accommodate
more than one group — just ask, we would love to help.

active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches — our sons play for

POLICIES
Primary guest must be 25 or older. A primary guest under 25 never allowed. In
March - 30. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required
before check-in. Strict cancellation policy applies. No unregistered guests,
no extra vehicles. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time.
