-Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. If you plan to have visitors, please seek prior approval. Groups of visitors are not allowed without explicit confirmation.

- No smoking or vaping inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

- Parties are NOT allowed. If a party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately.

- Please keep your key fob safe. A replacement fee of $200 will apply if it is lost.
