New Luxury OCEAN VIEW Designer Condo

15 minute drive to the beach, not as advertised as a 10 minute walk, you cannot walk there, you have to cross a highway. The beds are not comfortable, need new pillows. The blinds are in ill repair or missing. The ceiling in the shower looks like it’s going to fall in. The whole place needs a coat of paint and there is no fire/smoke alarm anywhere. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The AC worked good and there was a grocery store close by.

Beautiful condo - comfortable beds. Had everything we needed - even beach chairs and an umbrella. Concierge was very responsive for all our needs. Quick uber ride to town - very handy for groceries and Costco.

Host shared details day and of and was responsive when we reached out. The condo is very nice and has all the amenities listed on the description. Great location with easy access to stores, restaurants and beaches that we visited with a car.

We stay the week of Thanksgiving. Great location. The pictures shown are true to image.Loved that it had a washer and dryer.

The paperwork said Vista Vela 2. But it was actually Vista Vela 3. No views as stated. The pool was very cold. The last day shower was cold. The host did not communicate at all. Would probably not stay here again. I would like a partial refund for mis guided advertising.

This high scale property is in a residential neighborhood, close to amazing restaurants and, and minutes away from the ocean!! Great looking cation with every amenity! Great time!

We loved Eduardo's Soleada at Vista Vela. The unit was very new, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished and decorated. The location was great as it was close to downtown and some very nice public beaches, as well as shopping. It was much appreciated that beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella were in the unit for our use. The complex has multiple swimming pools and a nice gym. We would definitely stay here again!

There was not enough hot water, or towels/wash cloths to accommodate the total amount of guests. There was no communication back from management to resolve the issue during our stay! Half of our guests had to wait for shower until the following morning because of the lack of hot water.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located, we all had enough space to ourselves, nice view of the ocean from the balcony and pretty quiet considering new build construction going on. I would definitely stay again.

Very impressed. Great location near the downtown area, the beach, and shops. The condo offered everything needed for this trip. I will definitely return.
