Beachbound & Down is a seventh floor unit in the center stack of the building, boasting a spacious extended balcony and sweeping views. The seventh floor islow enough to take the stairs if you choose, while being high enough to offer breathtaking scenery.

Sterling Breeze is a boutique luxury resort, boasting million dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico and our white sand beach to the south, and overlooking the tranquil Lullwater Lake to the north. Beachbound & Down is conveniently located just over a half mile from Pier Park and within walking distance of Russell-Fields Pier, Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Pompano Joe’s, and other shops and restaurants in Pier Park South. Between Sterling Breeze and Pier Park there are no other high rise condos, meaning the beach at Sterling Breeze and eastward is beautifully uncrowded.

Beachbound & Down boasts double master suites, a bunk room, and three (3) full bathrooms. It is newly renovated with luxurious comfort in mind. The gulf front master has a king bed with high end mattress, balcony access, and attached bathroom with twin vanities, new flooring, upgraded fixtures, and custom tile shower. The lakeview master suite has a queen bed with high end mattress, a larger bathroom with twin vanities, custom tiled floor and shower, and upgraded fixtures. The bunk room is fully enclosed with a locking door (not a bunk nook), and functions like a third bedroom. The bunk room offers beautiful statement wallpaper as well as a custom built in tv shelf. The spacious hall bathroom has a showstopping mermaid tile surround, plus custom floor tile and upgraded fixtures. Once you vacation with three bathrooms, you’ll never go back!

In the kitchen you’ll find brand new quartz countertops and newly upgraded fixtures, along with a full size pantry. Everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal is here. You can also make use of your own personal grill located on the balcony, something you’ll find only at Sterling Breeze! Coffeemaker, cookware, serving dishes, and wine glasses are all available.

The laundry closet is located next to the kitchen, so you can head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. An iron and ironing board are included in the laundry closet.

In the dining area you’ll find seating for eight, four at the counter and four at the table. Wicker stools and custom leather and teak chairs accompany a gorgeous concrete and wood dining table and upgraded chandelier.

The living room offers an oversized and cozy sofa and comfortable chair for relaxing. You’ll love the handmade accent wall and laid back coastal elegance. Step through to the balcony and find a Polywood dining table and four chairs, three Polywood captain’s stools, and drying rack for your wet items.

A pack and play and folding cot are available for small children (bring your own sheets).
