Stayed May 26, 2023AMAZING STAY! I consider myself a visiting local having stayed in Zona Romantica for months a time for the past 4 years and loved my experience saying at Andrey and Michael's place. The condo is perfectly located and is very walkable to the bars, beach, and shops. The condo itself is new and well-stocked. It has very effective A/C units and the rooftop pool was a great bonus. Booking was extremely easy and communication was so very smooth, all questions were answered promptly and the Andrey and Michael were very accommodating to some of my last-minute requests. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023I enjoyed my stay at this property, it’s close to all the action; however, a little bit off the beaten path the unit was just as expected check in was simple and easy. The only downside is that they’re building a new complex next-door, so there is some noise in the morning for whoever stays in the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was amazing and I would stay there again.
