NEW luxury 4 BR condo in the heart of Bolton!

Great location and great home! Plenty of space, very clean, had everything we needed for the weekend, and made it very easy to get around town

The location in Bolton Landing was perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants and stores and lake areas. The Sagamore a great place to sip a beverage and see the lake.Layout was great for 2 families . 2 bedrooms and a bath on main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs . Downstairs a large sitting area and game room, lots of room for everyone. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and towels, TP etc. Bring your own beach towels and toiletries, shampoo, body wash. Bolton Boats with Captain Ted was a highlight for our 7yo grandson.

Rented both units for a long extended family wedding weekend. Worked well because we could circulate between the units easily. Well equipped, very comfortable and easy walking to every where in Bolton Landing.

The property was perfect for my husband and I and three of our adult children and their spouses. We were there for a wedding, but the children have already asked to arrange a time to go back!

Four couples stayed for a wedding. House was beautiful, seemed very newly renovated and was a very short walk to everything! Great beds, great shower, cozy areas to all watch football, kitchen had everything needed. Only suggestion, full length mirrors in downstairs bedrooms, and squeaky bedroom doors and those are easily fixed! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous time in this beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean house. Beds were so comfy with tons of extra linens available. The location was unbelievable - we walked to all restaurants, shops, deli, café, grocery store, beach - only 2-5 minutes away! Bolton is adorable and so much fun - great food and gorgeous lake views. Kids and adults all had a great time. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Great location! Everything was walking distance. Condo was well equipped. Very spacious! Owner provided an extensive list of places to eat and things to do! Will definitely be back!

The unit was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great wirhin walking distance to shoppes and dining. No complaints at all plenty of room and separation. Two rooms upstairs and two downstairs. The kids had fun with the games as well. Check in easy and communication with the host was very clear.
