Stayed Feb 12, 2026Overall we enjoyed our stay. The listing is misleading as the property is far from brand new. The furniture and floors and rugs are filthy. The patio furniture is almost unusable it's so dirty. The floors were so dirty that we had to wash our feet before bed because they would be black. The listing says the pool is heated and it was not, which is unfortunate in February. The listing shows bones and those were also not around anymore. The location is hard to beat and the views were amazing. Overall with some tlc the place could be amazing but needs some deep cleaning and new furniture.

Stayed May 22, 2025This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo with our family, and once again, we loved every minute of it. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Although the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach, so it didn’t affect our experience. Our host, Amber, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.We truly enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024VRBO double booked our stay here and we found out upon arrival that another family was already in the unit. There is NO excuse for double booking units with modern technology. Do a quick online search and you will find it is not uncommon for this to occur with VRBO. I have rented with their leading competitor for over a decade and have never experienced a double booking. It was a disaster as a family of 8 with 2 kids and most of us flew from WA and CO only to find out we needed to find a new rental at 7pm. The host blamed the double booking on VRBO and the VRBO support individual blamed it on the host, either way we will never book with VRBO again.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we enjoyed our stay here in Indian Shores. The view is spectacular! The place is so roomy and comfortable! We enjoyed biking to nearby stores and restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed though. In spite of this, we had a fabulous stay!!
