Summerwind West is a Gulf-front Resort on 450 FT of white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of America in Navarre Beach, Florida. You'll find beach towels in the condo. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and an umbrella are included! Just follow the boardwalk.

Summerwind Resort provides a covered entrance, luggage carts, and elevators for your convenience. Feel safe knowing that the resort employs security cameras and trained security personnel.

There are three community pools and spas open every day. There’s always one pool heated during cooler weather. Other amenities include a fitness room, a place to store your beach gear, and outdoor grills.

The on-site store has ice, smoothies, wine, beer, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, and beach toys as well as basic grocery items.

The Pier, restaurants, fishing, and shopping are all within walking distance. A scenic paved walking, running, and biking path stretches along Gulf Boulevard and is easily accessible. The National Sea Shore is a short drive away. A list of activities and attractions is sent out with each booking. Just ask if you’d like to see it in advance.

With nearly 1400 SF, unit 1404 is a beachfront end-unit condo with privacy and lots of natural light. It sits high above the building next door, so you’re not overlooked. Its wraparound balcony with amazing white sandy beach and Pier views is a great spot to relax with your family and friends and catch colorful sun rises and sunsets, or watch fish being pulled in across the Pier.

You’ll love staying in this home away from home! The kitchen is fully furnished and stocked with all the necessary items to create a meal if you choose. It also has a garbage disposal and all stainless-steel appliances.

There are large flat-screen Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, 50” to 55”. Streaming and gaming on all TVs with DISH included in the living room.

The living room has comfortable chairs with 2 reclining and a sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper. You’ll see beautiful views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and walk-in closet with its own private access to the balcony and beautiful views of the Gulf. This room has a private bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower, and soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and shares a bathroom with the common area. This is a great room for those who like to sleep in.

The third bedroom is a sun filled space with a comfortable queen bed and twin trundle. It has its own private bathroom. This bedroom has beautiful Sound views.
