Stayed Sep 25, 2021Wonderful property! First time I can say better than the listing described. Extremely clean, plenty of towels, and very nice bed linens. We didn’t use the kitchen but noted a moderate supply of both tea and coffee; a thoughtful extra. Great location and easy parking. Host contacted us after check to make sure everything was well. Wish they were all like this listing. ??

Right in the center of Winter Park Village, walking distance to Gondola, Gemini lift, restaurants, shopping, etc... Bed was super comfortable, and the condo was very cozy. We had a great time! Skiing was fabulous too!

Stayed Mar 31, 2025WE LOVE STAYING AT ZEPHYR FOR THE PROXIMITY TO THE GONDOLA, SKI LOCKERS AND CONVENIENCE TO MARKET/RESTAURANTS/SKI RENTAL. YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT IT. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN THIS CONDO AND IT WAS PERFECT! VERY COMFORTABLE, GOOD SIZE AND CLEAN. KING SIZE BED WAS VERY COMFY. SHOWER WAS GREAT. KITCHEN WELL STOCKED. IT WAS MOSTLY QUIET. THE HOT TUB IS DIRECTLY BENEATH THE UNIT AND WE HAD ONE NIGHT WHEN THE HOT TUB GUESTS OVERSTAYED THEIR CURFEW (THEY WERE STILL PARTYING PAST 11PM) BUT WE NOTIFIED THE OWNERS AND THEY CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND IT WAS QUIET WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. ONE OTHER UNFORTUNATE SITUATION (NO FAULT OF THE OWNERS) WAS THAT THERE ARE ONLY TWO ELEVATORS TO THE ENTIRE COMPLEX AND ONE WAS OUT OF SERVICE THE WHOLE WEEK WE WERE THERE. THANKFULLY THIS CONDO IS ONLY ON THE SECOND FLOOR SO IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL FOR US AS WE JUST TOOK THE STAIRS. ALL IN ALL THE CONDO IS A VERY AFFORDABLE GEM IN A GREAT LOCATION, THE OWNERS ARE AMAZING, AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
