We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect for our family of four! Everything was clean and the host was kind and quick to respond to questions. The location was great and very quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was spotless, attractive and very well stocked. The high quality beach towels were a welcome surprise. Description was accurate and price was reasonable. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Condo was beautiful and the location was perfect

Everything about our stay was great! The host communicated well and check-in was a breeze. The unit was beautiful and spacious and the location fantastic! It does sleep 6 but the couches are not sofa beds so there is no linen for the 5th and 6th person but we made do and there is plenty of space!

A perfect place for us. Quiet and close to ocean. Having pool nearby was a plus. I spent a alot time on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze and reading. We couldn't ask for better hosts. Super nice and super responsive. Thank you Robert!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It had everything we needed and close to the beach and pool. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay at Waves. The condo was exactly what we needed - spacious, light and located at the beach! Plenty of room for my wife, two teenage sons and me. The pool was a nice addition even with being so closely located to the beach. The condo’s location in Rodanthe is beautiful, a much more natural habitat than we were expecting. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location on the Outer Banks!

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed. We also found the salt and pepper in the cabinet above the stove (I am mentioning that because of a prior review). Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much.

We had a great time in Rodanthe and felt home away from home in this comfy, cozy condo. Only thing that wasn’t as expected was the master bathroom geriatric shower that took some getting used to. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

Everything was great and the host communicated with me fast and with accuracy. This is not a criticism, but other guests that frequent VRBO properties might find it helpful. Most of the locations we have stayed at have a spice cabinet with common spices...this property does not....bring your own salt and pepper :)

I enjoyed myself here. I didn't spend much time in the apartment because i was enjoying myself in the outdoors with friends. However, I found the apartment to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great. The balcony was lovely. The only one down side is, the shower in the master bedroom is a better fit for an elderly person. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the beach and in the surrounding areas of the OBX.

We booked this property months ago, so we did not benefit from the most current reviews that mentioned roaches. The property is an easy walk to the beach which was one of the few highlights of this condo. After arriving, we started unpacking and immediately noticed the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. We moved a side table in a bedroom and there were a bunch of clothing tags strewn on the ground. The lamps were dusty. But the kicker was the roach in the bathroom. The owner called it a “water bug” but it was a roach. After a difficult night’s sleep, we awoke to another roach crawling on the bedroom wall. Also, be aware the shower off the main bedroom is a cramped walk in bathtub (there are no pictures of this outdated surprise in the listing). While the owner was very communicative and overall the condo was comfortable, I would not feel comfortable recommending this property to someone unless the roach issue is resolved…and fire the cleaners.

Great little condo on ocean. Clean cozy and nicely decorated. Would recommend as a great place to stay. Only comment that I would add is that this condo is stated to sleep 6 and the condo only has 2 twin beds and a King bed. Not sure where the other 2 folks would stay.

GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE AND QUIET

Nice location with short walk to oceanfront beach. 2nd floor unit had a number of maintenance issues such as dishwasher bottom rack missing one corner wheels, weak AC circulation in bedrooms, low hot water pressure, freezer side of refrigerator not fully functioning with inside snow flakes forming on food, no ice maker, no garbage disposal in kitchen sink, live cockroach found in kitchen, elevator stop functioning for 2 days.
