Stayed Jul 26, 2025The view from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous. The home is nicely decorated and has all the appliances you need. Check in with super easy and communication with the host was great. The kids loved the pool. This beach spot is perfect for families. Kids can enjoy the tide pools and observe the fish. If you are into surfing and paddle boarding, this is the place to be. The ice machine was broken and we did have to buy ice. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The condo was spotless, so very comfortable and literally just steps to the beautiful Matanzas. You can literally call it a private beach as less than 30 people. The water is perfect for kids and pets. Perfect sandbars for shell hunting and swimming in the shallow “pools” of water between the waters edge and sandbar. 5 star condo, location and beach!!!!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We were going to the Daytona 500, so the location was great. St. Augustine is just a few minutes away so there is plenty to do. It’s gated, and the beach is right outside your back door! The condo is well maintained and very clean A huge plus in my book! Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks So Much!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This location is the absolute best. I wanted to be on the beach and close to attractions but not in a crazy, busy tourist area. This place checked all the boxes. Will definitely stay again!
