The condo has hurricane-thick windows throughout for keeping you safe and also quiet from the vibrant Flagler Avenue and all it has to offer. Walk down to the restaurants and shops along Flagler and the surrounding area for entertainment and shopping without having to drive. The beach is just at the end of the street, and can be reached by foot in under 5 minutes! For added security, we use an electronic keypad door entry, and in the evening the courtyard uses a keypad gate for access.
Parking in NSB ( New Smyrna Beach) is limited especially on the weekends, so we have a numbered parking spot downstairs for your use when staying at the surf shack. Home comes completely furnished with sheets, pillows, towels, paper products, everything except your clothes and food. Come for an escape weekend or stay for a week!
