Beautiful space in the historic Story and Clark Piano Factory. Love the original wood and brick. Location was ideal, as our son was going married at the Grand Hall….we just took the covered bridge across. Definitely will recommend and stay again.

We adored this property and the history of it. Our MI family loved seeing the old piano factory. There was no BBQ grill as listed and this was a bummer. The unit kitchen didn't have a colander or dish clothes and those are so needed. We also had to buy TP as there wasn't enough for the week. The MB could use a step up to the bed as wow is it high off the ground. We overall loved it and would return. Thank you

Highly recommend this stylish, modern loft located close to many restaurants and shops. Host was immediately responsive to a non-urgent request we had (needed new batteries for a remote).

Wow just wow! Id highly recommend this lovely loft. Comfy bed, everything you need (we even cooked a meal), super comfy furnishings. Owner was very attentive to any questions! Only thing i wish is that check in was at 3 and checkout was at 11. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo right in town and walkable to everything, even for two old girls in our 70s. Spent two nights and just about figures out the toilet and all the remotes by the time we left. Also lots of places we had to enter security numbers, which was difficult when carrying stuff in or out. Other than that, all was fine.

A beautiful and comfortable property. Location gives easy acces to the beach and all sorts of shops and restaurants. Grand Haven in general is a wonderful town.

Our weekend stay was very nice. My husband and I came with our young son and we had a great time. The condo is very luxurious and the beds are very comfortable. We didn’t use the lower level but if we had come with more people the extra space would have been nice. It was also great to be within walking distance to the downtown stores, restaurants and waterfront.

Got together with my sisters and my 2 nieces for a wonderful getaway. The place was beautiful, clean and awesome location. Looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I love the Grand Haven area. We’ve stayed in a few places. However, this space fit our needs perfectly. It’s beautiful and very clean. We were able to rest peacefully at night. The location is perfect and within walking distance to our favorite spots! We can’t wait to stay here again! The host was very accommodating to our needs as we had a change in travel dates. Would highly recommend trying this lovely place.

A really great place that had enough room for us, but also felt cozy. We like to stay close to the downtown area in the winter and this was perfect. Had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted. Everyone agrees one of the great highlights was the modern high tech bathroom! Thanks for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect! The only negative was the upstairs neighbors were pretty active and with the property being so open, it was a little loud.

Perfect for what we needed for a wedding event. Place as advertised, walkable to town center and by waterfront. Would rent again if back in the area. Easy commute to nearby towns as well.

We loved this rental, it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach and great shopping and restaurants. Communication was great, easy check in and check out. Rental contained all the amenities, comfortable beds, great kitchen.

Loved the Location withing walking distance to everything we were interested in. Especially loved the wedding reception at Notos on the beach, they did an amazing job for the reception site for my neices wedding. Would definitely rent again and refer to friends and family.

You couldn’t find a better stay in Grand Haven if you tried. Just steps from all the restaurants, bars and Musical Fountain, this was the ideal location for our long weekend away. The condo was *incredible*— very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The property was beautiful, cozy and had a ton of unique character. There were many upgraded features especially in the bathroom. The location is great too, next to shops and restaurants. The owner and property manager were both very accessible and responsive, great to work with!

Our stay couldn't have better. Management response was friendly, helpful, and timely. The accommodations were awesome and the location was ideal in getting around the shops, restaurants and activities on foot. The quiet side street our balcony overlooked was wonderful for a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine recaping the days activities at night. You may want to pack your own beach towels if you plan a day at the beach.

Loved our time here. Beautiful place, right in the social district downtown area. Musical fountains are right across the street, and farmers market was a 2 minute walk. Recommend watching the fountains from the 4th floor community roof top.
