Host was Excellent - Outstanding location - Excellent condo and facilities

Perfect location for family, walk to coffee, shopping, and easy access on ground floor for elderly mother using a walker.

We stayed at this condo for four nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked if we could get in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shopping and restaurants – we walked to dinner three evenings and it was nice to see so many people out and about. There were a few things that we think would have made our stay even better. The showers lacked grab bars, which made it a bit challenging for those who may need additional support. Additionally, the stairs leading to the bedrooms were quite steep—not ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties. We also had trouble with the blinds in the living room; we could not figure out how to get them closed and if there was a trick to it, we did not figure it out during our stay. Even with these issues, overall, this was a great home base for us while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Loved that it was so close to downtown. The small deck was nice to sit and enjoy our coffee. We definitely would like to come back.

Everything was great except the TV. Older people are not always tech savvy. You might want to correct that. Everything else was great and perfect location.

Great place to stay, right downtown!

This was one of our best rental home experiences, and we travel frequently. The house was clean and uncluttered, but also homey and welcoming with just enough touches to make it feel comfortable and familiar. It was pristinely clean and a great location for walking around old town Florence. The only improvements we could think of were a couple of paring knives and steak knives in the kitchen and a quieter master bathroom toilet.

I rented this for our son and his family who came in from CA. My husband was able to see it in person and they all said it was perfect. The location, the size of the condo and the cleanliness was perfect. This is the first time I have rented an air b&b and it was easier than I thought it would be. Thank you

Clean, quiet and a very convenient location! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and for morning coffee. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and we all slept like babies. The property manager was responsive and directions were clear. 5 stars or A as the teacher in our group would say.

Overall, this a nice place to stay; however, the heat had been turned down prior to my arrival and was freezing my first night. I had to sleep in my puffy jacket and use extra bedding from other beds. Also, dishwasher not emptied.

We had a blast at this condo! Perfect location for daily coffee walks to River Roasters and Bay Street Shopping! The ground floor and layout was wonderful for my elderly mother with a walker, so she could get out of the house for a while and visit each day. Thank you! We will be back!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for me and my wife and our adult children. It is less than two blocks from the shops and restaurants in old town Florence. We highly recommend it and plan on staying here in the future when we visit family. My only recommendation to the property management company is to put better pillows on the beds and better showerheads in the showers.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo and great location near Old Town Florence. For a lengthy stay it was so nice to have the walkin closets and two baths upstairs. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We really recommend this condo and are glad we chose it. Our only complaint is the lock-box for the key. We had a lot of difficulty getting it to open and it was hard on our fingers as seniors.

Location was perfect for us. It’s a very nice condo, clean, well equipped with a nice floor plan . Sad to see everything in old town closes so early on Saturday evening. We had great time.

Lovely home - responsive hosts. Right downtown! Great rental!

We found the condominium to be very clean and efficient. There were 2 good sized rooms upstairs, with a bathroom for each room. One room has a cute little deck attached, from which the downtown area can be seen. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We love Florence, and have spent a good deal of time there. This is the perfect place to stay!

Great Location and plenty of space for 4 adults and our pet. Second time we stayed here and would stay again.
