Stayed Feb 22, 2025Kitchen needs more cooking essentials. We also had just one wine glass but management did bring more upon request. Annoyed to find someone in our designated parking spot in the garage. Lighting is needed at the back door for coming and going to the village. Heat in the unit is difficult to control. Does not work in living room and bedrooms are way too hot.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Great location with amenities as advertised. Check in process and parking directions went smoothly. The nighttime temperatures were below zero, so it took the heaters a bit to catch up, but that was to be expected. If the fireplace had a fan, it could have made it a bit cozier. I gave cleanliness a 4 star only because one of the adjoining rooms hadn't been cleaned upon check-in. However, once I called, a housekeeper was promptly sent.

Stayed Dec 20, 2022There’s only one bathroom that looked like newly renovated. Everything else looked dated. There was leakage in one of the bathrooms. Air quality was very bad we had to leave windows open for fresh air. We turned out deciding to return to Denver one day early. Staffs were very friendly and willing to help though. They helped to store our equipment before we arrived, and always called to make sure we have everything we need.
