Arriving at Main Building: Covered garage parking awaits (1 designated spot). There is first come first serve guest parking (outdoors) and additional Winter Park Resort parking just a half mile down the road.

Double Entrance Convenience: Enjoythe convenience of double entrances in this living space, with two separate units connected by a locking door off the kitchen. Unit A comprises a spacious one-bedroom plus den, while Unit B serves as a private studio, offering a variety of living options.

Unit A, nestled in the main part of our home, offers a cozy retreat that combines the best of comfort and versatility. This well-appointed unit includes a spacious bedroom, a den that's perfect for kids, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. Bedroom Bliss: The bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. It features a plush queen bed, a convenient 6-drawer dresser, a 43” flat-screen TV, and a separate entrance to the shared bathroom. Please note that the closet is locked for the owner's use.

Kid-Friendly Den: The den is a delightful space for kids or those young at heart. It's equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing a cozy and safe sleeping arrangement. Please note that there is no door to this room.

Light-Filled Living: The living room is a haven of natural light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the nearby national forest. Here, you can relax on the sectional couch, which features a full-sized sleeper pull-out for extra guests. Adjust the ambiance to your mood with the electric fireplace, which allows you to change its color. Entertainment is a breeze with a 60” flat-screen TV.

Open Kitchen: The kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room in an open-concept design. It's fully stocked with an array of kitchen supplies, making meal preparation a pleasure. Gather around the 6-person dining table (with two extra chairs available if needed) for delicious meals or a game night. Unit B is a studio that redefines the art of modern living. The star of the show is the Master Bedroom, which is a luxurious lock-off studio with its own private entrance, creating a haven of elegance and comfort. Here's what you can expect:

Our property boasts one of the most coveted positions at Winter Park Resort! A brief stroll outside the building door grants you direct access to the Corridor Trail ski run leading to the Winter Park Base Area. Whether you need a mid-day warm-up, wish to enjoy lunch at the condo, or plan for some 'Après ski' relaxation, it's as simple as retracing your steps down the Corridor Trail from the Mary Jane side of the resort. Convenience couldn't be better!
