New Heated Pool & Hot tub! Fantastic Ocean Views!

We had a nice clean condo. The whole place was a little run down but they are remodeling it so it should be better at some time. Unfortunately we had to call the police because there was a fight right in the walkway between 3 guests a few doors down from us. My wife wanted to leave a day early because of this. We also told security about what happened but they didn't seem to be very concerned with it. Hopefully this is not a usual thing that happens at this place. Decent price but with people fighting around you and a little run down it might be better to pay a little more for a more secure place to stay.

Donna was great! Very responsive and checked in on us. Condo was very clean. Great view and the pool was wonderful!

Beautiful spot getaway family of three! Love the view oceanfront and love the pools!! Perfect relaxing vacation spot!

The management/owners were very responsive to anything we called about regarding or room (lamp needed new bulb and thermostat needed new battery), the view of the ocean was nice, mattress was comfy, however AC was either loud and intense (living room) or warm and stuffy (bedroom). The elevator situation was having problems. Only 1 of the 3 was working continuously. Covered parking was nice.

When we arrived signs noted to take elevator #2 to office to pay for parking. Elevator button was filthy & smashed in. Took a long time to open. Pressed 1 to get to office, took us to second floor. Press 1 again door wouldn’t close. After several times it finally went to first floor. Person at office told us to take elevator at the opposite end of unit because the elevator by the unit was not working. They have shopping carts to carry luggage.The code to enter the unit did not work. I went back to the office to let them know. I was told I needed to contact owner. I did not have internet to connect to emails. Office person contacted owner who did not answer. She contacted someone else. That person reset code. That person told office person to accompany me. She took me to elevator #2. Door didn’t open. She told me it’s a ghost elevator it takes you where it wants to.We took steps to third floor. One of the units had door open because toilet over flow & spillage was out in the corridor. As we got closer to our unit the smell of pot was very strong.The code worked. We later received a text that the code was changed again.PRO: The unit was very clean. Bed comfortable. Nice pillows. Great view of the Gulf. Cons: not forthcoming about paying for parking & washer.& dyer. Cheap toilet paper. Empty sugar & soap containers. Water got shut off while in shower, no heads up. Construction noise & airport located behind complex.Workers golf carts blocked our car several times.

The condo was very nice and clean, and the property manager was attentive to our needs. For instance, there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags for a 4 night stay, but as soon as I texted our needs, within 15 minutes someone arrived with what we needed. The only drawback to the stay is that it seems renovations of the whole property seem to have stalled. I hope that Maravilla will soon be restored to its once, very nice resort status.

I have no complaints about the room itself. It was small but clean and met our needs. I thought the room came with a washer and dryer but it doesn’t. There are some machines on-site that you have to pay for. My biggest complaint was on our only full day there the water was shutoff for half the day due to an emergency leak. I know some things can’t be avoided but it did negatively impact our day and not what you would expect. Lastly there was a lot of maintenance going on around us. The elevator that wasn’t closest to our room was out of commission. We did enjoy our stay overall but it could have been better too.

Condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great property and communication with the owner. Location is on the water with perfect views close to everything.

We had a great stay! The condo is very clean and well equipped. My reason to not give 5 start is that ehe condo complex has construction on-going and the elevator #1 next to the condo is closed for service. My senior parents had a bit of a walk to use the Elevator #2. Otherwise a great place to stay. We enjoyed sunrises right off the balcony every day.

The view was awesome!!!! The area was quiet, the place was clean, comfortable and the location was great. Donna checked on us to made sure everything was good. FABULOUS host!! We will stay again !!!!

We had a fantastic weekend with our 3 boys. Location was close to the beach and not to far from the pier. Lots of restaurant options close by. Works definitely stay here again. Great views too.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean with great ovean views! The beach was easy to walk to and very clean! The pools were great! Management There is some remodeling going on, in other parts of the complex, which makes us excited to visit again to see the updates! The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly. We arived 1 week after Hurricane Beryl and it was like it had never happened! Great condo and we will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our Anniversary getaway. Across the road from the beach. Within walking distance to a couple of places to eat. Fairly quiet. Only heard people pushing luggage carts in the hallway a few times or occasional construction, but all during the day. The night is quiet. The pools were nice.

My family traveled to Houston for the COPA game (Argentina vs Ecuador), then took in the beach and Pier in Galveston for a long weekend. We had a great time and condo was very clean. Donna, the manager, was helpful and easily accessible.

The stay was amazing. The amenities were top notch.
