Amazing condo for a family beach vacation. Decorated nicely and CLEAN. This is our second time staying here and the views are spectacular. Ocean Breeze West is a quiet spot on PKB with plenty of room to stretch out on the beach. The owners were very responsive. We highly recommend!

All was great. We stayed there last year and only wished there were new shower heads….same ones still there. But hey, we were at our happy place (the beach) so no biggie. Love top floor renting, great view and quiet location. We will be back!

Great location! Condo could have been cleaner - if there is a next time I’ll bring my own cleaning supplies - mildew in showers and moldy bread in cabinets. I know this is only a reflection of management company not owners

The list of disturbing things may seem lengthy but are what is normally not the case in former rentals from VRBO.1)The Dishwasher DID NOT work! (The rental firm claimed they had it fixed, but it was not the case.)2) The master bed sheets were stained, 3) The master bed was covered by an old and stained quilt.4) The internet connection was inconsistent and kept stopping.5)The TV was difficult to operate due (we believe) the internet failures. 6) The lampshade in the Master bedroom was broken. 7) The dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived, (which we found strange). And then after reporting the other issues to the rental company a few days later, (which didn't include the dishwasher, because we had not operated it yet) we were informed that a man had been sent to fix the dishwasher, (which I called and informed them that that wasn't even one of the issues I had called them about), so they canceled him. 7) The door entry code given us at the rental company's office was the WRONG CODE, & Incomplete!We called them and the nice lady came and corrected the errors made by the rental office. We are surprised and disappointed with VRBO, to the point that my spouse says she would rather find another firm to secure our leases with. VRBO has always been an excellent source of rentals, but now we probably will be looking elsewhere for such a firm.

The location and beach were great. Room not so much. Seemed the reviews were not really accurate for the cleanliness of the room. Dishwasher smelled very bad and didn’t work. Sent many out the next day but was not fixed. Some dishes were dirty in cabinet. Bedspread had stains on it. Sheets had writing in ink on them. I have stayed at several condos in this area and was disappointed with this one.

Very nice condo right on the beach.

The location was great! Its between everything so you are not far away from anything you need! The condo was nice and easy to access. The only negative about this property was parking. It did detail how there was only 1 car allowed to park at the condo, however any over flow parking had to be done a mile away at the management office. This would have been fine if there wasnt a ton of extra parking still left at the condo. Communication with property management was 5 ! We had an issue of our door lock dying and after reaching out they were there within 15 minutes to switch out the batteries. I would book again on their quick response alone!

Very beautiful and peaceful beach.

This condo was perfect for us and our three girls! Every morning we sat on the patio and watched the dolphins! The pool was also a great feature as we were there during a rip tide warning. The property being right on the beach was perfect!

It was a good stay. It was a smaller building right on the beach. The beach was never crowded

I can't complain about anything with this unit. It was extremely clean and well equipped. It was convenient to restaurants and activities. The beach was always clean and was family oriented. Nighttime hours were always quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable. We didn't have any problems during the week and checkout was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean. The location on the beach was pretty quiet. Lots of utensils/plates to use. They did provide a few starter products but not much so be prepared to bring or buy your own. Our trip was short so we managed and publix is pretty close by to pick up everything we needed. Overall roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had a great time!

We loved the condo, great location and easy to find. It was amazing place, with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and fantastic view. We had great communication with the management coordinator.

We've stayed at numerous condos along Perdido Key for decades and 802 OBW is one that does NOT disappoint! Very clean, updated, well appointed with all the amenities! Large balcony with closet loaded with beach supplies was an added help. We could tell that the owner takes pride in their property and because of that, our vacation was wonderful, THANK YOU!!

Great week and great property. Beautiful views from an awesome balcony (condo on top floor). The bathrooms were small but there were just two of us so we each had our own. The master bathroom shower head could stand to be changed out. The secondary bathroom bathtub didn’t drain very well. But, we will be back AGAIN!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect, plenty of local food nearby, amazing balcony view. Property management were easy to communicate with. We will be booking this condo now every year!

We had such a great experience that we are already talking about going again! The condo was very clean and decorated so cute. They had everything we needed to cook with and even had extra sand toys and floats and beach chairs which prevented us from having to buy any when we got down there! The only disappointment was that we didn’t realize until packing up to leave that the entire couch pulls out and extends! It would have been nice to know that from the beginning as it was hard to get comfortable at times, but overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering it!

Very nice place. Tastefully decorated, nice furniture and well stocked. A small handheld vacuum would be a good addition. Beach was beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony. Our only complaint is only having one parking place. It would be nice to have one assigned place and then the other places in a first come first serve basis or a closer overflow lot. When you are dealing with a car seat it makes it difficult.

Our stay had a few hiccups, however, the response by the Property Management Firm was excellent. It was quick, thorough, and brought resolution. Very happy with our stay and the service!
